Spring Rolls | Chinese Restaurant

I ordered ^$28 worth of chicken wings for delivery. The courier called me when he got to my facility. I told him:I am in a wheel chair and needed him to bring the food to me inside the lobby. He's e took a photo showing he had left the food on the ground out side of one of the building's other exits. I never found my food. I called the restaurant and told them mjy food was not delivered to me and asked them to make it right by making another order and delivering it to me or giving. Me a refund. They told me there was nothing they could do for me. I never got the food I paid for and never got a refund either. The restaurant kept my mone and never gave me the food.

First time trying since I moved from Georgia and I’ve got to say overall I’m throughly impressed. Their sunset lagoon drink is to die for!! Customer service was absolutely amazing, even when a customer in front of me started to get agitated, the woman at the counter kept it under control and made it to the end transaction with a smile on both parties end! The only thing I’d say I was a bit disappointed with was the bourbon chicken being a bit overcooked and dry and the crab ragoon was missing the flavor I was searching for. Other than that I will most definitely be a return customer! Wonderful prices wonderful people

Food is good but customer service service is poor as hell. The lady that answers the phone "HELLO" and I asked her was this a residence or a restaurant she replied" I said hello spring roll" which was a lie because she's done that before when I called .then when she took my order she ended it by saying $14.90 and hung up . Once I picked up the order she got my order and sat it on the counter and didn't say a thing . It's no wonder they don't have alot of customers on a daily . But let's not forget it's us customers that keep u afloat while that slick mouth is writing them checks the business can't afford to cash.. be mindful how u treat paying customers ...

I was told it looks like it came from the soy sauce packet. In which I hadn’t even open the packet yet . You can clearly see it’s some cut plastic. The lady was rude to tell me they only use steel on they kitchen . I’m not sure what that had to do with the plastic i chocked on . After spending over 40$ there.

The food has been great both times we have ate there, the staff was very friendly. The price is great for the amount of food you get! Also the Sunset Lagoon drink it amazing!
