Spring by China MaMa

The food is very tasty - we particularly enjoyed the crispy duck with taro paste, fried rice with shrimp and eggplant. The braised pork knuckle was just so so. The decoration and plates are also very beautiful. Overall good dining experience.

Beautiful place. Food delicious. Restrooms not so clean. We had walnut shrimp- the walnuts were crunchy, crispy and the flavor on the shrimp was perfection. The crispy beef was also very good, crispy and airy, but delicious! The waiter did circle around our area alot then when we were ready we couldn't find him he was also sick and kept coughing , coughing around us around our food and menus. So service and atmosphere stars go down!

Fantastic Dining Experience! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Spring by China Mama, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was crafted with care, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. What truly set this restaurant apart, though, was the service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. They made excellent recommendations and checked in regularly without being intrusive. I highly recommend Spring by China Mama to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Upscale Chinese comfort food! Nice space. Easy to get reservations. Instagram inspired us to come here. We ordered a majority of the dishes on the menu! It was not a super extensive menu like other Chinese restaurants. They had a unique crispy beef dish we enjoyed. Also ordered Walnut prawns, hot & sour soup, and green beans. The eggplant dish and their salted egg sesame balls was such a treat.

I wish we could have this restaurant in Atlanta. This is the best Chinese Restaurant in the states. Every time i come to Vegas, I visit here to get Mapa tofu and fried king prawn. Servers and managers are really professional.
