Customer reviews highlight Space Bowl Bistro as a healthier dining option within the Kennedy Space Center. One reviewer, seeking a healthy alternative, found the restaurant to offer customizable poke bowls with vegetarian options. They described the poke as "good," although suggesting the quantity could be larger. They praised the "quick and efficient" service. However, they noted the restaurant's small size and potential for crowding during weekends and holidays. Despite this, they considered it "the best place to eat at Kennedy."

Another reviewer described the restaurant as an "unexpectedly found" Korean BBQ rice bowl establishment tucked into a corner of the exhibit. They appreciated the "reasonable price" and the ability to "pick your own toppings," finding it a "refreshing alternative to typical fast food fare." However, they noted the "very cramped" seating and suggested the need for "mire seating." They also commented on the service, describing the food servers as "pleasant" but the cashier as having "the personality of a brick" and failing to offer a receipt. Despite the service issues, they acknowledged the "good food."

In summary, Space Bowl Bistro offers a healthy and customizable dining option within the Kennedy Space Center, including poke and Korean BBQ bowls with vegetarian choices. While the food is generally well-received, customers have noted the restaurant's limited seating and mixed service quality. Potential customers should be prepared for a potentially cramped environment and variable cashier service.

Was looking for a healthier option to eat during my visit to the KSC and found this one. You can make your own poke bowl and they even have vegetarian options. The poke was good although quantity could be bigger. The service was quick and efficient too. But it's a rather small restaurant and fortunately it wasn’t crowded but can be an issue during weekend or holidays. But I would say it's the best place to eat at Kennedy.

Unexpectedly found this Korean bbq rice bowl restaurant tucked into a-corner of Kennedy Space Center Legends exhibit. Reasonable price to pick your own toppings, found it a refreshing alternative to typical fast food fare. Needs mire seating, very cramped. Food servers pleasant but cashier had the personality of a brick. Threw awY receipt didn’t offer it to us! Good food, bad cashier.

I was beyond grateful to find some vegan (and healthy!) food at Space Bowl Bistro in the Kennedy Space Center. I built my own bowl, with a base of brown rice, topped with jackfruit, edamame, avocado, tomato, corn, and a green cilantro sauce. The presentation/pic leaves something to be desired, and the size of the dish was underwhelming, but to find a healthful vegan meal inside a tourist destination like this one was a huge win! Many thanks.

Strange but true, fast food sold at an attraction that was tasty, good quality and not sold at a ridiculous price.

1000 times less crowded than other places there, food is great, staff is friendly. Korean bbq boneless ribs excellent. Ordering process easy, and we got a table right away, too after we got our food
