Souper Bowl Chinese Restaurant

My family and I order from here like once a week. Today I am Disappointed. I called at 5pm and placed an order for three chicken and broccoli dinners and an order of plain lomain. It’s now 6:45. I was told 55 min. It’s now been an hour and 45 min. I’m starting to feel like they just took my money and forgot out order. I’m pist my kids are hungry.

The food tasted different than I expected. I’ve tried other Chinese restaurants that their food tasted amazing. For service, they never really say anything to me.

I was sick for 24 hours! The oil they used must of been so old, It was a nightmare. I normally would not write a bad review because of the lack of time I have but…. Never, ever again. I can’t believe this place is open for business to be honest. The place is run down inside. The food was incredibly sickening it left me so sick it’s just not worth it.

Lady was really nice. I ordered the general tso dinner special and the breading for the chicken was very mushy and the eggroll was unreasonably crunchy without enough filling. I would not dine here if I were you; at the very least stay away from what I ordered. Pretty disappointed.

It was Christmas Eve, and we ordered from this place, The food was great, HOWEVER after checking my credit card statement, I noticed the delivery driver fraudulently added a $6 tip. I called to complain, they TOLD me I added a tip because of the holidays I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN, AND IF YOU DO, PAY IN CASH. THEY ADD MONEY TO YOUR CREDIT CARD, AND AROUND A TIME WHEN ITS LEAST LIKELY TO BE CAUGHT. BEWARE
