Sonic Drive-In

The young lady that took my order and my husband’s order. Got it wrong the first time, probably was distracted by her combative manager. The manager was being rude and sarcastic with the customer before us. They were yelling and cussing. The tots we got were raw barely fried, and the cheese sticks cold in the middle or old. I never usually care this much about minor things wrong with my order because I’ve worked in the food industry before and understand it’s annoying at times. But this was simply not doing your job you are paid to do. Mind you it wasn’t even busy. Our orders weren’t complicated. I used to love going to sonic but how is it that Fairhope’s sonic is the worst I have ever been to. The manager needs a major attitude adjustment.

This sonic used to be great but it has quickly gone down hill. When I pulled up to the call box I heard the manager being sarcastic and rude to a customer that was at one of the stalls asking if he could order food from there. She proceeded to come outside the kitchen and start yelling at him because he got a little upset with her attitude over the call box. She told him she would call the cops if he didn’t leave and have him trespassed. I proceeded to sit at the call box for at least another 5 minutes with no one answering me. I pulled up to the window and a younger girl tried to take my order, and only got half of it. So she had to re ring half of my order after I had already sat at the window for 12 more minutes. Then after I finally got my food that I ordered, it was all wrong. Burger was made incorrectly, wrong size tot put in the bag(also not fully cooked,) and cold mozzarella sticks. Absolute worst fast food interaction I’ve ever had. I really hope they can salvage this location, whole new staff is needed.

This place sucks! By far the worst sonic in America. Just go to the 5guys right next door if you actually want to get food. Hopefully when the McDonald's in fairhope reopens they close this sonic. It's always the same damn excuse with this place saying "we have no staff". If that's the case just lock the doors and bulldozer the building

I always get the same thing. I haven't been to sonic in awhile (since earlier this year). I usually don't have any issues but it really sucked. I've included a picture of my receipt because I took 2 bites of my food and tossed it. Everything was wrong. I asked for no lettuce and no mayo. When I got my food after the drive-thru wait because the car side stalls are always closed. The bread was soggy from all the damn mayo and it was loaded with soggy lettuce,tomatoes and ketchup. My tots were hot and my hi fruit punch was watered down even though there wasn't ice in the cup. If I want a burger again I'll go next door to 5 guys

How do you not have an ice cream machine at this location. I am here for the 2nd time in a 9 mth period and I am highly disappointed to be getting advertising for the red velvet cake batter shake and not even be able to get it from my local sonic. I use to work at sonic my first job and I don't know how this location is still going with our the ice cream.
