Sky Dragon Chinese Restaurant

This place has Covid Era written all over it from the plastic barrier the stupidly difficult box you get your food through to the walls covered so you can’t see the mess. It’s dark dirty and the health department needs to inspect it. The shrimp fried rice was 9 small Shrimp and the rice was white rice barely cooked with soy sauce NO VEGGIES it wasn’t fried in a wok right out of a steamer. Yuck ! The spare ribs were big but dry and sauce was horrible had to throw them out (over priced as well). They need to go to china, New York or San Francisco to learn what Chinese food tastes like. The guy collecting money and giving you your food looked disheveled, and then threw a handful of sauces into the plastic tunnel. The only good Chinese food place closed recently. Now have to drive to US1. My wife hated the food. If you have them more than one star you must think Panda is good Chinese.

Hot & sour soup and vegetable lo mein were good. Hot and spicy shrimp was neither. The orange beef which is listed as chef special was absolutely awful. I saw nothing that resembled the “tenderloin steak” that they mention on the dish description. I’ve no idea what was in that dish. I threw it out. Avoid it at all cost. Krab Rangoon was bad.

Never in my life have I encountered so rude and poor customer service. That’s says a lot. I call up there to place a pickup order being that I’m on limited time. She answers fast talking and rude from the beginning just because I asked a question. This is literally not even one minute in. I tell her what I want but because I wasn’t fast enough with telling her what type I soup I wanted she cut me off and told me to just come in and just hangs up on me. I was flabbergasted. I was like this lady literally just hung up on me. I called back and I asked her and her response was again to get me off the phone. I let her know she was rude and very unprofessional. She hangs up on me again. I call again and asked to speak to a manager. She tells me there is no manager. I asked for the owner. She says there is no owner. I asked who she was. What position does she hold. She tells me she isn’t anybody. Then hangs up on me again. This place will never see one cent from me ever again and I’ll tell everyone I know to stay away from this place. If the owner or manager sees this you should definitely look at the people you have working for you because reading some of theses other reviews other people feel the same way.

Bought for my mother, brother, & myself. Food was great & will be back. Got the house lo mein & house fried rice. A lot of chicken, pork, & shrimp

Wow where to start…. The lady I was on the phone with trying to order the food was beyond rude. I was repeating my order trying to confirm for accuracy. A she hung up on me ( she states I thought you were done) no I clearly wasn’t then I tried calling back to address the situation. An she again started being rude. An at this point I have had it. I told her respectfully I am the customer ordering food and your being mad rude and to check her attitude she proceeds to (state we work together) no we don’t work together and your being mad rude an she says so what do you want do you want me to cancel your order I said yep cancel it . This place is a joke overpriced food and horrible service. This company will go down haha. Avoid this place at all cost!!
