Sir Nick's Pizza Carol Stream

My family has been ordering from this place for a long time and to say this most recent experience was a disappointment is an understatement. Our pizzas, clearly dropped during transit to us, were still delivered looking like this. 100+ dollars spent on this. We tried to call and receive some money back. The team working this night, especially Lucky, was super unhelpful. Offering a laughable discount on the next order, which will never be placed after this experience. After saying a manager would follow up the next day.. you guessed it, we never received a follow up. Rude. We will never be ordering from this place again.

I was craving some thick, meaty, crispy chicken tenders and I expected the chicken tenders from the Sir Nicks Bartlett location. Sad to say, I was pretty disappointed opening the take out box 🙁 10 tenders for $17, and they were super skinny. Sadly won’t be returning here anymore…

Ordered on line, cheesy beef with hot peppers and raw onions.paid bill sir nicks re charged me for extra ingredients.when delivered my beef had no hot peppers even tho they charged me.sir Nicks stated I would have to call grubhub even tho they had nothing to do with my order.my receipt even states hot peppers and raw onions on it. Will no longer order from this price gouging establishment.

Tried this place for the first time... Ordered through the slice app. The pizza was good. But also ordered two Greek salads with chicken to eat for dinner. Only one came with chicken... The other was missing it. The restaurant refused to refund me for that one salad... So. Not coming back. Plenty of other good restaurants around here.

Lucky was really hospitable, caring, and very welcoming when I entered the building. The pizza was amazing. Feels like home.
