About Sino Court

Welcome to Sino Court, your local Chinese restaurant situated at 2024 Penny Ln Dr, Jeannette, PA 15644, USA. As a Chinese restaurant serving the Jeannette community, Sino Court aims to provide a diverse menu of Chinese cuisine for both dine-in and takeout customers. This establishment has garnered attention for various aspects of its service and food quality, as reflected in online reviews.

For inquiries or to place an order, Sino Court can be contacted at (724) 744-7466 or via mobile at +1 724-744-7466. The staff is available to assist with your dining needs and provide information about their menu offerings.

Operating within the Chinese Restaurant category, Sino Court likely offers a wide array of dishes that are characteristic of Chinese cuisine. This typically includes options such as fried rice, noodle dishes, a variety of meat, poultry, and seafood preparations, vegetable dishes, and soups. Given the positive mention of vegetarian options, it appears Sino Court caters to a range of dietary preferences.

Customer reviews present a somewhat mixed but overall informative picture of the dining experience at Sino Court. One reviewer offers a glowing account, describing Sino Court as "very peaceful." This suggests that the restaurant provides a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere for those choosing to dine in. The same reviewer also praises the food as "wonderful" and the service as "very fast," highlighting efficiency and quality in their operations. Furthermore, they emphasize the consistent freshness and deliciousness of the food, whether enjoyed at the restaurant or as a takeout order. The staff is consistently described as "very friendly and welcoming," indicating a positive and hospitable customer service approach.

A significant highlight from this positive review is the mention of "very good" lunch specials that come with "large portions," making Sino Court an excellent choice for an affordable and filling afternoon meal. The reviewer also specifically appreciates the vegetarian options available, while noting that their non-vegetarian guests have always been satisfied with their orders from the broader menu. This suggests a versatility in their menu to cater to different dietary needs and preferences.

However, a contrasting and strongly negative review provides a different perspective on a specific dish. This reviewer described their experience with the chicken chow mein as "horrible" upon bringing it home. The issues cited include the dish being "floating in an inch of sauce," the presence of "huge beige chicken pieces," and the absence of "crispy noodles," which are traditionally a key component of many chicken chow mein preparations. The reviewer stated they had "never seen chow mein like this," expressing significant dissatisfaction with this particular order.

Considering these two contrasting reviews, it's important for potential customers to acknowledge both the positive aspects highlighted by one reviewer and the significant concern raised by the other. The positive review suggests a restaurant with a pleasant ambiance, efficient and friendly service, consistently fresh and tasty food, and valuable lunch specials, including vegetarian choices. The negative review, however, indicates a potential inconsistency in food preparation, at least in the case of the chicken chow mein ordered for takeout. It is possible that this was an isolated incident, or it could point to variability in the preparation of certain dishes.

Based on the available feedback, potential features of Sino Court include:

  • Peaceful Atmosphere: At least one reviewer found the restaurant to be tranquil and relaxing for dine-in customers.
  • Fast and Friendly Service: Multiple mentions of efficient and welcoming staff suggest a focus on good customer service.
  • Fresh and Delicious Food: Consistent quality and taste are highlighted in one review for both dine-in and takeout orders.
  • Generous Lunch Specials: Affordable and filling lunch options are available, making it a good choice for midday meals.
  • Vegetarian Options: The menu includes choices suitable for vegetarians, catering to a broader range of dietary preferences.
  • Potential Inconsistency: A negative review regarding the chicken chow mein suggests that the preparation of certain dishes might not always meet expectations.

The reviews do not provide specific details about the overall environment or decor of Sino Court beyond it being "peaceful." It is likely a standard Chinese restaurant setting, aiming for comfort and functionality for its diners. Information about services such as delivery is also not explicitly mentioned, although many Chinese restaurants do offer this option. It would be advisable to inquire directly with Sino Court about their delivery范围 if this is a service you require.

Similarly, there is no mention of any current promotional offers or specials beyond the praised lunch specials. To learn about any other discounts or promotions that Sino Court might be running, it would be best to contact them directly via phone or inquire when visiting the restaurant.

In conclusion, Sino Court in Jeannette, PA, appears to be a local Chinese restaurant with several positive attributes, including a peaceful atmosphere, fast and friendly service, and generally well-received food, particularly the lunch specials and vegetarian options. However, a recent negative experience with the chicken chow mein indicates a potential for inconsistency in food preparation. Local users considering Sino Court should weigh these perspectives. For those looking for a peaceful dine-in experience, affordable and substantial lunch specials, and vegetarian choices, Sino Court seems like a viable option. However, it might be prudent to inquire about specific dishes, especially if ordering takeout, to ensure they meet expectations.

To obtain the most accurate and up-to-date information on Sino Court's menu, operating hours, delivery services, and any current promotions, please contact them directly at (724) 744-7466 or +1 724-744-7466. Sino Court is very peaceful. The food is wonderful and the service is very fast. Whether eating in or dining out, the food is always fresh and delicious; and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The lunch specials are very good with large portions making Sino Court a great choice for the afternoon meal! We like the vegetarian options, though our guests have always enjoyed whatever they order from the menu!

Just got our food home and my chicken chow mein looks horrible! It's floating in an inch of sauce, huge beige chicken pieces and NO CRISPY NOODLES! I have never seen chow mein like this! Awful!

Best Chinese food I’ve had in the area. Their fried dumplings are amazing here along with their General Tso’s shrimp. Really good quality ingredients and large portions. Cant believe it took me this long to try this place!

food is excellent. staff is friendly. they seem to do more take-out than dine-in, which is fine with me as I prefer dine-in as it's a lot quieter. UPDATE: would like to mention that I went here for dinner about 2 weeks ago. the prices went up slightly, and the amount of food given went down. not changing my 4 star rating, but wanted to pass this info along.

Should you eat here? Yes! I’ve tried many Chinese restaurants from Harrison city to Robinson. Sino Court is honestly the best. You get the perfect amount of food. Not to much and not to little. The general tso was super crunchy and the lo mein noodles were large! Everything was super flavorful. Not to expensive either. Honestly just order from here.
