At Silky Kitchen, we understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to spice. That's why we offer customizable spice levels for many of our dishes, allowing you to tailor your meal to your exact liking. As one satisfied customer enthusiastically shared, you can choose your preferred level of heat, from a mild warmth to a fiery sensation that will truly get your taste buds tingling. Their experience with the stir-fried chicken with chili paste, at a "spicy" level, left them impressed by the authentic heat and bold flavors.

Our menu boasts a wide array of delectable options, with a particular emphasis on our flavorful noodle dishes. Customers rave about the pork and pepper soupy noodles and the chairman braised pork noodles, both described as being well worth their price. The pork is consistently praised for its rich flavor, perfectly complemented by the well-seasoned and satisfying soup. The noodles themselves are noted for their excellent texture and quality, forming the ideal base for these hearty and comforting meals. For the best experience, we recommend allowing your order to sit for a brief moment after it arrives to allow the flavors to meld together beautifully before you begin to enjoy.

Beyond the exceptional food, Silky Kitchen prides itself on creating a comfortable and welcoming dining environment. Customers have noted the well-lit interior and the enjoyable background music, contributing to a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Our team of employees is also frequently commended for their chill and friendly demeanor, ensuring that your dining experience is both enjoyable and hassle-free. We strive to provide attentive service that makes you feel right at home from the moment you step through our doors.

We are always looking for ways to enhance our customers' experience, and we appreciate all feedback. One recent suggestion from a customer regarding a potential draft from the entrance door during colder weather is something we are actively considering. We are exploring solutions such as installing a curtain to better insulate the dining area and ensure a consistently comfortable temperature for all our guests, regardless of the season.

Amazing food! You can choose how spicy you want it to be. I chose “spicy” not “extra spicy” and it was making me sweat 🥵. I got the stir fried chicken with chili paste and soup noodles. Well lit, good background music, chill employees. The only thing that I wish was different is that the door lets in cold drafts from outside whenever it’s opened. Maybe they can put up a curtain or something.

The pork and pepper soupy noodles and the chairman braised pork noodles were worth the price! The pork was well flavoured and the soup was seasoned well. The noodles were perfectly good. Once you receive the order which is very quick, I recommend that you let it sit for a couple of minutes and then start eating.

I love spicy food and dang @silkykitchennyc was spicy even when I just got the medium! Started sweating just a few bites into it. The flavor of the soup and the seasoning, as well as the rice noodles were yummy. The fish fillet however were kind of thick and overcooked. They have a few locations in the city and it’s another good and quick option for an easy but yummy Asian meal. I would like it more if they can provide non-disposable dishes and utensils for dine in customers! 🥺

I ordered the cattle fish pork ribs soup to go and when i got home and open the food, there’s a hair on the noodles. I don’t understand how they not see it when they pack and cover the lid of the container and on top of that, there was no cattle fish at all. How you advertise or put in the menu a “cattle fish” but you put something else on the order instead? It was a chopped squids and pork ribs like 3-4 pieces of it. $23 goes to the garbage. What a waste! I feel like I got robbed.
