The taste is pretty good. You choose the ingredients, but they add it to your hotpot. The advantage is that it is more hygienic than other buffet-style restaurants. It is geared more toward carry out and delivery. The bowls and utensils are all disposable. The food court is kind of run down. The people working there are not that communicative. Also, they don’t offer cups of water. When you order, the machine asks for a tip and there is no clear no tip button. We were not very impressed. They must be doing something right because it was popular when we were there.

The beef combo was so filling and much bigger than I thought for the price it was worth. There was little to no wait time and came out super hot and cooked! It was so good and I loved the rich flavor of the broth! Def coming back sometime soon for more!!

I recently tried Show Hotpot and was blown away by the quality of their broth! The MalaTang here is genuinely the best I’ve had, it’s so rich and flavorful that, for the first time, I finished the entire bowl. The atmosphere and service were also great, making the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend Show Hotpot for any hotpot lover, especially if you’re a fan of MalaTang!

We wanted to try a new Hotpot place and found this place for the first time and we loved it! Tastes authentic and very delicious. Their meat and ingredients for hotpot is fresh and their soup base is really good. We ordered for the Chicken soupbase medium spicy. I’d come recommend if you’re looking for a good place for hotpot.

Update: I just discovered that I was charged twice in different amounts. I called them three days ago, but I haven't heard back yet. I don’t believe Show Hot Pot is being honest. I've contacted my bank to dispute the charges. While their scale may be normal, it seems that they submerge the food in water, which makes it weigh more. That's likely why the same amount of food feels heavier and ends up being more expensive. ————— When I compare my experience at Show Hotpot to YGF, I noticed that I took a similar amount of food—perhaps even a little less at Show Hotpot—but it felt about twice as heavy as what I had at YGF. The accuracy of the scale seems questionable. At YGF, when I was hungry, I weighed my food, and it came to 0.83 pounds. I had leftovers from that meal. However, at Show Hotpot, after eating two rolls before going, the scale showed 1.19 pounds, and I barely had any food left. Additionally, the dining area is not as clean as it is at YGF. On the positive side, I prefer the flavors at Show Hotpot.
