Called to order broccoli w/ Garlic sauce I asked for the broccoli to be well done as always I was told that the chef was too busy to cook the broccoli well done!! WTH This was the guy.. he’s always so rude! When I place an order with the girl she’s just the opposite! Over all the food is tasty…

First time ordering from here. After viewing OLD bad reviews I decided to give it a shot. I had the Mongolian Beef was decent, I'm accustomed to a mushroom version I can't find anywhere. The fried Wontons were the good, the same with the Crab Rangoons. This was a Friday night and delivery took 45mins. Well, on my second visit here, this was ordered at store. I had the worst Orange Flavor chicken EVER!!! There was ONLY CHICKEN, SAUCE, AND 4 PCS. OF BROCCOLI... NO other vegetables or even HOT PEPPERS. Oh yeah, and this was at 4p.m. Not Busy, Just LAZY!. Stay away from this place. They don't deserve your business!!! I don't care what time it is, GO TO WHITE CASTLE!! Will Definitely NOT!!!... Be ordering here again....@%$#@!

I've turned many China Pagoda customers into their customers because I recommended them. Their service isn't good these days . I've spent hundreds of dollars in Shangai over the last 5-6 years. The lady who picks up the phone used to be nice but now she has an attitude. Won't be ordering there anymore

I ordered French fries with barbecue sauce and this is what I got. I could’ve ordered plain fries if this was going to be the case. And I also wanted extra brown sauce for my rice and didn’t get that either!

Keep supporting this restaurant!!! These are hard working and kind people that have amazing deals on ubereats! Take advantage of them while the promotion is still going. The food is always amazing!! It's also hard to find a really good shrimp with broccoli and these guys have amazing deals on them! Always happy to go back. ***Update, some people are stupid anyone reading this must realize that. The food is food and the service is good, stop being so selfish and arrogant and just order your food. I've ordered the same shrimp with broccoli over a dozen times for awhile especially just in the recent months, never disappoints. Always attentive and never a problem when I ask for extra hot sauce. Order your food properly, don't be a dick, and you will recieve good food. Although I ordered the boneless spare ribs once and it was good but I like smaller and slimmer cuts instead of the big cuts they provide, minor personal issue, doesn't take away from quality though. Last thing, just because you don't recieve utensils, or sauce packets, or the person was "rude" over the phone, doesn't have anything to do with the quality of food. I hate seeing bad reviews at a place to eat that have nothing to do with the food, absurd.
