Shanghai bistro

Really enjoyed the dining experience here. Staff was attentive and friendly and the food was great. The crispy chicken with chili and peppers was just spicy enough without being too hot. All in all, would definitely come back here if I’m ever in the area.

Food was delicious! Portion sizes were great. We ordered the general chicken and the orange chicken, both were great. They use white meat for their chicken and I did not request it - wow! Would recommend. 10/10.

Food was very good. They have some authentic dishes on the menu which I appreciate - things I haven't eaten since my Chinese grandmother made them for me such as the salted fish and chicken fried rice. The standard Chinese take out dishes aren't bad and the kids like them. I aim for the spicier or more authentic dishes thst remind me of my childhood and this place does a good job recreating them for me. Staff is super friendly. Atmosphere is low key and comforting. Keep it up, happy to return.

Best Chinese food ever. Deserves a Michelin star ⭐️ Gordon Ramsey could never. All the one star reviews don’t even know what they are talking about. The owners are an amazing family and make my family feel so welcome every time! They hire great employees who are very hardworking. My husband drinks a ton of tea and they refill it right away. Our food is hot and it comes out pretty quick. I highly recommend the chicken on a stick, hot and spicy fish, stir fry vermicelli and minced pork, and the twice cooked pork, combination house flat rice noodle, their combination fried rice, and general tso chicken. Very delicious authentic Chinese.

We ordered sweet-and-sour soup (OK but too much sesame oil), mapo tofu (too soupy, not much flavor), stir-fried green beans (OK but too salty) and shrimp with vegetables (delicious). Definitely a bistro, not a fancy place. Service was good, and food was served fast.
