Used to be a loyal customer. Keyword used to. Quality of food has gone way down. Service is way down. Workers don't even know the menu. Oh and if you call in to order they just put you through to Door Dash.....so save your time and if you really want to get it use your app and save the 4.99 delivery fee. So disappointing.

Order online for store pick up. Waited at store a few minutes for food, when home found some food missing. Called to complain and was asked what site I ordered from than pushed off the phone before I could really tell problem. Was told the manger will call me back about the issue. Will see if get a call back. So did NOT get all my food for the money I spent. Very disappointing.

They didn't deliver all the food I order. I explained that I would pay with a card for the food order, and that I would provide cash for the tip. The food was left at the front of the steps and they failed to provide the whole food that we were charged for. Never ordering from them again, after years of counting on them. Very Very bad experience even after I filed a complaint they failed to provide everything we ordered along with a bad customer service when they said they would make up for it.

I have eaten the food and it's very good. The husband is very nice. I usually walk in. I ordered for delivery this time. One thing I'm my order was vegetable Chow Mein. (Chinese vegetables) She asked if I wanted the noodles. I said "NO, noodles are Lo Mein, I want Chow Mein. Low and behold when I opened my bag I had Lo Mein. The day before I walked in for fried rice. I initially said no to soy sauce but changed my mind 2 seconds later. Got home. No soy sauce. I understand that it gets busy but what I value most in customer service is the art of listening. I WILL continue to eat there but I quess I'll have to reiterate my request to make sure I'm getting what I want. Nobody's perfect.

This restaurant really went downhill. The food is old, the portions are small, I found black rocks in my food, Do not recommend.
