Shang Artisan Noodle

Everything was great with a lot of flavor. I would definitely recommend the pork belly noodles. The broth is unbelievable. This is the best i have tried yet. I would also recommend the pork dumplings they taste amazing. The only reason for the 4 stars is i didn't really like the cucumber salad. The cucumbers were fresh and cruncy. However, I didn't like the peanut butter sauce they used on it other than that everything else was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place for sure.

I recently dined at Shang Artisan Noodle and had an excellent experience! My friends and I all ordered the spicy beef noodle, and it was fantastic. The broth was rich and flavorful, with just the right level of heat, and the beef was tender and well-seasoned. The noodles had that perfect chewy texture that only handmade noodles can deliver. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a delicious meal with friends. Personal favorite place to eat when visiting Henderson/Las Vegas. Took my girlfriend here who said it’s the most traditional, best tasting Chinese food since coming to the US. This place is a must go if you are ever remotely in the area. You can’t go wrong with anything you order.

I’ve been coming to Shang Noodle for about 5–6 years now, and it’s always been my go-to spot whenever I’m in town to satisfy my cravings. I’m not someone who usually complains about price increases, especially with inflation these days — I understand it’s inevitable. But what really bothers me is seeing the portion size shrink this much while the price goes up. I ordered the beef pancake today, and it was way smaller than I remember. Honestly, it’s disappointing. I would gladly pay a higher price if the quality and portion size were maintained, but this just doesn’t feel right. For reference, I included a photo of my hand next to the portion — it’s ridiculously small. I hope they reconsider, because I’ve always loved this place and want to keep coming back, but this was a letdown.

We have been here a few times now as it has less of a wait than the other location. It's a small restaurant with the concept of most Asian countries: come and eat but don't linger ... Great selection of noodles and rice dishes as well as appetizers, among our favorites are meat pancake and spicy pork dumplings (appetizers are a bit pricey) The Shang Beef Noodle soup is great in its original and spicy version, fried rice also is on point. At our last visit we had ample meat portions in our soup but with lots of inedible fatty parts. We wish they offered dessert of some sort to round out the meal ... We recommend eating here!
