Everything we ate here was fresh and very tasty. We were treated to a show of watching the noodles be made while we waited for our table. The fresh noodles did a great job of absorbing the soup broth. All of the food came out quickly and were very large servings. Two of us were satisfied with one noodle dish, a dumpling order, and the appetizer cucumbers.

Service was great, but very long wait. The foods had massive portions, were authentic, and very delicious. It was nice seeing the chefs in action. The cucumber salad was also splendid. There were a lot of cucumbers and peanut dressing was amazing. Since it was off the strip, prices were amazing. I also enjoy how you can choose your type of noodle (hand pulled, knife cut, plain). Overall, I highly recommend Shang Artisan Noodle.

***this place is inside Durango Casino *** We finished at a concert late that was in the Conrad Resort World and everything closed early in their food court area so we came here because it’s not too far AND they close at 1pm on Fri and Sat. So glad we did. We walked in and were seated fast. The staff was kind and knowledgeable about the menu. The both of us shared the beef shank noodle soup (we chose the noodle that looks more like spaghetti but you can get a thicker cute one as they make their noodles in house and fresh! ). For appetizers we had the beef pancake and the spicy pork dumpling. Everything was melt in your mouth juicy and savory and it hit the spot! There was enough food for both of us and we had to take the dumplings home because we were full. We sat at a large and comfortable table and we were able to speak to each other as it was not too loud even though we were inside the resort. It was clean and attractive restaurant in the corner of their food court just opposite of a popular oyster bar that had a long line. Skip the oyster bar and go here!

What a phenomenal dining experience. My friends and i have worked at a fast casual authentic Taiwanese food spot in Colorado, and this blew that out of the water. The beef soup was rich, generously portioned, saucy, filling, and quality. The tomato egg noodles were saucy and exactly what i was desiring. The knife shave noodles and hand pilled noodles are made in house and you can watch it being made right when you walk in. I highly recommend you visit as i will be back here on my next trip.

Hand pulled noodles are very good here. The quality is high. I really enjoyed the Dan Dan mien. We got them with the chili oil on the side and they are spicy (5/10-ish). We also got the beef noodle soup and that was good. It's not my favorite so I can't really offer an opinion other than those who I ate with thought they were good. We got two different types of noodles, the thin ones and the knife cut ones (flat, wide noodles, like chow fun). I enjoyed the thin noodles the most - soft and tender. Highly recommended.
