Shan Kishi - Panama City Beach

Pretty decent sushi. All was well. Kinda strange all you can eat times. Staff was kind & helpful. However, we came about 2:00 & once it’s got to a little after three they stopped checking on us as much. Food was good though. Really enjoyed the special rolls & appetizers.

We ordered the sushi for two and chirashi sushi thing, presentation was super good but a few of the fishes were obviously frozen and not very fresh. Namely the tuna but everything else was pretty good. When we told our servers they agreed to switch it out for three pieces of salmon sushi instead. Waiters were super nice and willing to help.👍

DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE!!! Hands down the best Asian cuisine you can buy at such an affordable price. The food was amazing and genuinely made with love, the service was beyond excellent and every server treated you like their own customer, they checked on us, took our plates, and went above and beyond for every table. The restaurant was clean, quiet and relaxing, a great place if you want a quiet romantic dinner. We got the salmon, chicken, and steak hibachi and the amazing roll. The salad was the best salad on the plant and I have no idea how they do it. Nothing we got was short of perfect, we will miss Shan Kishi when we get home and it will be worth the 15 hour drive back to pcb. They will forever have a place in our hearts.

Placed an order for delivery and they called me personally to make sure one of the rolls I ordered they made gluten free. Means so much when you have an allergy and the restaurant is looking out for you! Awesome sushi on vacation- will be back!
