Today we ended up in Edison, NJ and lunch at Shahnawaz Buffet. There is plenty of parking in the back. The buffet features a wide verity of freshly prepared and authentic dishes, spanning appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Highlights included halwa puri and haleem, among many others. The service was notably attentive, with plates promptly cleared and drinks quickly served. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience that I highly recommend.

Today we took a ride to Edison and thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at the Shahnawaz Buffet. All of the foods were freshly prepared and flavorful. Had we not been trying to observe Lent, we would have had to limit ourselves, but what we had was delicious! Make the trip and be wowed! Lots of good food!

Had the lunch buffet on Sunday. This place is only open on Sundays for buffet. Closed on all other days. However, they will do special catering on weekdays for parties of 50+. The buffet spread was one of the best and largest I have seen in a Pakistani/ Indian type restaurant. A variety of dishes - multiple dishes of Goat, Beef, Chicken and also some vegetarian dishes. The rack of lamb was my favorite. Great assortment of street foods and an amazing selection of desserts. This was my first time here and I will definitely come back here again.

I recently visited Shanwaz Palace with my family and had a wonderful time. The buffet on Saturdays and Sundays offered a wide variety of delicious food options. From appetizers like pakora, samosa, and pani puri and much more . main course dishes like biryani, chicken tikka masala, mutton, haleem, kabab, and fried fish, the selection was impressive. The desserts were also fantastic, with a great variety to choose from. The only suggestion I have is to add more curry items to the main course. Despite this, I still found Shanwaz Palace to be a great place to dine. The overall experience was enjoyable, and the food was tasty. If you're looking for a place with a diverse menu and a pleasant atmosphere, I recommend giving Shanwaz Palace a try.

Service and atmosphere were good, but food was pathetic with no taste. Looks like the chef made it without any feelings and taste... May be his or her taste buds has some problems. We were 3 persons, and it cost us around $103 (with tax). So it was about or around $34 with tax per person ( i am talking about the weekend buffet). And don't forget tips (if you want to).
