Customer reviews present a mixed view of Seven Moons Thai Cuisine. One reviewer highly recommends the Chicken Satay with cucumber sauce and the Yellow Curry Chicken with Jasmine rice, describing them as amazing and outstanding, respectively. However, this reviewer also noted significant issues with the wait staff, mentioning that they seemed inattentive due to phone usage and that the restaurant appeared understaffed. They also experienced a surprisingly long wait time for their food, including almost 30 minutes for the Chicken Satay despite the restaurant being empty, and nearly an hour for the main course.

Conversely, another customer had a fantastic experience at Seven Moons, describing it as a great Thai spot in Berlin. They enjoyed the Chicken Satay, duck, and grilled shrimp with stir-fried vegetables, highlighting the freshness and delightful taste of the food. They also praised the kind service and the clean, quiet ambiance of the restaurant. The peanut sauce was noted as excellent, and the shrimp were particularly well-received.

In summary, Seven Moons Thai Cuisine in Berlin, CT, offers a menu of flavorful Thai dishes, with the Chicken Satay and Yellow Curry receiving high praise from some customers. The restaurant is also described as clean and quiet by one reviewer. However, potential customers should be aware of feedback regarding slow service and inattentive wait staff from another review. It appears that while the food quality can be excellent, the service experience might vary. If you appreciate authentic Thai flavors and are in the Berlin area, Seven Moons could be worth a try, but it's advisable to be mindful of potential service delays based on recent feedback.

Chicken satay with cucumber sauce is amazing. Their Yellow Curry Chicken with Jasmine rice outstanding. But their wait staff isn't the greatest they need to stay off their phone and pay attention to the customers, also very under staffed. Also the place was completely empty and it took almost 30 minutes for the Chicken satay which is 3 boneless chicken pieces on a skewer, Almost a hour wait for food.

Fantastic Thai spot in Berlin! We stopped by tonight and we had chicken satay, duck, and grilled shrimp with stir fried vegetables. Really fresh and delightful food, kind service, and a clean and quiet place. The peanut sauce was excellent, and the shrimp were so good!! 🍤

I'm actually really surprised by all the great reviews here - not that the food at Seven Moons is bad, per se; it just certainly isn't great. Thai is one of my all-time favorite cuisines and I've given this place a try maybe 3-4 times now but don't plan on returning, simply because there are far better options in the area and in CT in general. The food looked good, but I found the Pad Si Ew to be lacking flavor/freshness, and some of the sauces and appetizers that I typically love were so salty or off-putting that I didn't even take more than one bite. The ones that I did eat were just fair. The service has always been friendly, but the atmosphere is lacking. It's not a very cozy-feeling place and there has never been more than one or two other diners there when we've gone for dinner. One time, we were the only ones in the entire place. Maybe the majority of their clientele is take-out? Anyway, again - it's not a BAD place. It just doesn't meet our standards for Thai food. Hope this helps!

The papaya salas was amaziling refreshing for those who like salad. Massamam curry is very delious, not over powering with cocunut milk. I would definitly recommend dining here.

I'm a little stunned I've yet to review this place. Seven Moons has become more than just a restaurant for us at this point. Whenever we have a rough day at work, we cheer ourselves up by going here. If there's something we want to celebrate, we do so by going here. If we are just feeling bored and want something enjoyable... we go here. The food is delicious and the staff have come to feel more like old friends, not just to my wife and I, but when we have family in town they remember them from their last visit and ask them how they've been. When my wife began dealing with dietary restrictions, they accommodated her without any fuss or extra cost. Simply put, Seven Moons is run by some seriously wonderful people who know how to make seriously delicious food.
