Selden Restaurant Pizza & Gyros

I ordered a gyro a BLT and white slice. Sauce came in the side and they said it was for the BLT. It was delivered. So I called the store. The gyro was dry as a dessert. No sauce. I called and spoke with someone who said he was ONE of the owners. He kept over talking me and saying the sauce comes on it unless you ask for it on the side. Very rude. Would not even listen to me. He said he didn't make it. EXACTLY! But are you not part owner?? I said I can send you a picture gyros come WITH SAUCE there was NO SAUCE AT ALL! I have pictures of the entire sandwich. He tells me take it up with Uber eats. Really? They didn't make the mistake the pizza place did. and instead of just apologizing he says call Uber eats then. I always order from this place. After that conversation I will never again. Rude very very rude. I have many pictures PROVING there was no sauce. The sauce is white. The only thing partly white on the sandwich was the lettuce because I ordered no onions not no sauce. Never again. Very rude to customers and that was an owner. Very bad business tactics... SHOW ME THE SAUCE PLEASE? SO DONT TELL ME THERE IS ALWAYS SAUCE!! AND IT WAS NOT ORDERED ON THE SIDE HE SAID YOU DIDN'T ORDER ON THE SIDE IT CAME ON IT! REALLY? PLEASE SHOW ME!!! I WILL NOW GET MY GYROS THAT DONT TASTE AS GOOD COST MORE AND LESS QUALITY JUST BECAUSE OF THE WAY A PART OWNER REACTED TO ME. IF YOU CAN BE SO RUDE TO CUSTOMERS YOU NEED A NEW CAREER. AND IM THE ONLY ONE WHO'S COMPLAINED? LOOK AT YOUR OTHER REVIEWS. WHY WOULD YOU APOLOGIZE TO PEOPLE IF IM THE ONLY ONE. AMD OFCOURSE THEY WILL APOLOGIZE ON THE REVIEW FOR EVERYONE TO SEE IT. BUT WHEN ITS JUST YOU AND THEM THEY DONT CARE. JUST REMEMBER WHAT'S HIDDEN IN THE DARK COMES TO LIGHT!! YOU HIDE YOUR TRUE SELF AND APOLOGIZE ON YOUR REVIEWS?! BUT YOU COULDN'T CARE LESS ON THE PHONE. YOUR CHOICE. WHAT YOU TRIED TO HIDE IN THE DARK IS COMING TO LIGHT!

After placing an order @ 5:24pm tonight and being told 25minute wait time I went to go pick up my order 45 mins had past since I placed the order and it still was not ready I waited another 10 mins for my pizza just to be served raw sausage on it the sausage was pink and chewy after returning to the store complaining the whole pizza was undercooked soggy and especially the raw sausage the manager was just straight up rude and had excuses after excuses saying you didn’t say well done on the original order so that’s why I should have to ask for well done pizza to make sure my pizza is fully cooked. I’m not looking for free food just make sure you are checking what goes out of your establishment and that it’s safe to eat. Not to mention the cook being very rude in the background me and my family often go to this pizza place and will no longer be returning and we would come here 3-5 times a week being a very on the go household this place is quick and close. Despite the negative interaction w employees and poor food today they usually do have good food or just the way they handled my situation was wrong and I will no longer return because of it.

The address is easy to find. The parking lot is huge with a lot of parking . There is fleet USPS here duck donuts and Chinese restaurant and a supermarket and Burlington Coat Factory . You walk in and it looks like your pizza store design just like the rest of the pizza store in long island and it looks a little old and dirty too!! Start off with the cashier ordering food. She had a runny nose and clean her runny nose with her palm of her hand good thing only ordering food and I realize she was bringing out the food to us lol I have tried many dishes here the pizza, the garlic bread, the Charro salad. The hero is all good here.

Great spot, gyros are amazing, always consistent with quality and the pizza especially the grandma slices are better than 80% of the local pizzerias. Whoever is running this place and working here has been doing a great job since the first time I ordered from you guys nearly 2 years ago to now. Thank you!

Worst customer service (coming straight from the manager himself),he’s rude and the food was cold and overpriced. Online was cheaper when asked why more, he said they haven’t “updated” the online prices and still charged more not to mentioned you pay more for paying with a credit card. Terrible experience for a restaurant as a customer. Zero stars if I could.
