See Thru Chinese Kitchen

10/27/2024 Went here after ⛪️ and decided to buy some 🍤 🥚 foo yung, which is always good, some thin 🍜 with 🐔 and 🍤 and too much curry, which wasn't all that great. It was some type of low mein. The 🥚 rolls were ok, & a combination szechuan dish. Most importantly, though, was customer service. The Chinese girls behind the counter had some serious attitude issues. They would get frustrated with the customer and look at them with an evil scowl because THEY couldn't understand what the customer was saying and gave off this energy as if you were doing them a favor by coming to their establishment. I'm glad I'm not local anymore. I got my food and got my @$$ back to Indiana ASAP!

Best spot in the area. Good quality and portion size. Better to go in and order, the wait time on the phone is long.

Ordered my food at 6:46pm on my way home the lady told me 20 mins, I arrived at 7:02pm and paid for my order. I did not receive my food until 7:36pm after I watched everybody who was in the lobby before me leave and get their food, I walked to check the status of my order turns out my food was sitting on the table the entire time she never even attempted to call my order number even though she knew my order the moment I walked in no sorry or anything just a “what type of soda you want” going forward I will not be so patient with them nobody should have to wait pretty much and hour for their food when they ordered ahead on the phone my food not even hot anymore only the shrimp which doesn’t even take long to cook. Very disappointed considering I only order from here once a month and this is the reason why because it’s always something but I give them the benefit of the doubt time after time, after today I will start checking in on my status at the time I was given because that was way more then 20 mins.

I have been coming here for years. The food is always good but their customer service is horrible. The Asian girl that takes your orders. She's rude as hell and I had to check her. She no longer gives me that sassy attitude. I still see her being rude to others. I love the shrimp egg foo young and chicken wings. If there was a better place in the area. I would go there instead of coming here.

Let me start by saying this is the Chinese resturant I normally go to and recommend to others. Today I went in to make a catering order. I had given the young lady taking my order the location of delivery which was my neighborhood chicago park district. I start the order and asked if I can get half vegetable egg rolls and half shrimp because I am sure some one has allergies in a large group. It was 30 eggs rolls. We never got to the rest of the order because the other lady there tells me no deals and starts pointing at the menu saying this is the price no deals. I didn't ask for or expect a deal. I just asked a question. The lady was soooo rude omg. With her negative energy my money is unable to spend there. I am only one person true. But I will not be going back there. And to others don't spend your money where you are not respected.
