Called for pickup, they said 10-15mins. Arrived like 7mins early && we get home to this. I don’t get 1 how you box burnt rice && 2 how you serve cold rat daily. I at least want hot fresh rat🤦🏽‍♀️

They r RUDE AS HELL. Everytime i place an order for delivery, they always mess my order up. Just don't order food on MONDAY'S.

The best Chinese restaurant ever! I have been a consistent customer because no other place comes close. The staff is welcoming to guests who are unfamiliar with the menu, and they usually always include free eggrolls with purchases over $10! I'll give them some leeway with their delivery delays because they have excellent prices and coupons and receive many deliveries. However, it's worthwhile because the cuisine is fantastic.

This place has really gone down hill with food and customer service. I ordered online through the website 20 minutes before I arrived. My food wasn’t ready and they couldn’t find my order. When they finally located it, I had to wait 15 minutes for my food. Just got home and the food is basically inedible. The rice is extremely bland, chicken bland as well and they skimped on the chicken and sauce. Even my favorite the crab sticks are greasy and unseasoned. Only thing edible is the egg roll. $16 gone down the drain. I won’t be back.

If there was an option for 0 stars that would of been my review for this " See thru Chinese kitchen ". I kept calling this location for at least 30 minutes with no answer even though online says 9:30pm Horrible service
