About Sea Thai Omaha
Sea Thai Omaha, located at 3157 Farnam St #7106, Omaha, NE 68131, USA, offers authentic Thai cuisine. Despite being listed under the platform category of Chinese Restaurant, Sea Thai provides a menu featuring popular Thai dishes, making it a go-to spot for those craving Thai flavors in the Midtown area.
Customers have noted the fast and polite service at Sea Thai. The waitresses are attentive without being pushy and ensure that customers have everything they need at the right time. The food is consistently described as delicious, with the fried tofu receiving special mention as "incredible."
The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, which contributes to a lowkey and not overly loud atmosphere, making it easy to have conversations. However, the limited space also means that table choices can be restricted, and the restaurant can become crowded quickly. One reviewer mentioned sitting near the kitchen and takeout pick-up area, which experienced more activity with people waiting for their orders.
Popular menu items include the Pad Thai, which comes in a large portion, and the mango Boba tea. While one reviewer found the prices to be "a little steep," they understood this might be due to the restaurant's Midtown location and associated rental costs. Overall, despite the slightly higher price point and the small size of the establishment, customers indicate they would eat at Sea Thai again, particularly when in the mood for Thai food and in the Midtown area. No specific promotional information was available in the provided reviews.

Customer Reviews
I tried Sea Thai for the first time and would go back again if I was in the mood for Thai and near midtown. I got Pad Thai with shrimp (big portion!) and a mango Boba tea. The restaurant itself was pretty small, which is nice because it was lowkey and not super loud (easy to carry on a conversation), but it also meant the table choices were limited and it can fill up very quickly. I sat at a table right by the kitchen/take out pick-up spot, so there was more bustle and people standing & lined up alongside the table waiting for their pick up orders.
The service was fast and polite. The waitress did ask at the appropriate timing for everything. She was not pushy and was very kind. The food was delicious. The fried tofu is incredible! The price was a little steep and I understand for their location rent must not be cheap. Overall, we would eat there again.
Came in on a Sunday afternoon and only one other table is being used so I got to sit where I wanted. The waitress came over right away and I told her I was waiting for one more person so she brought over some water and said she'd come back when they got there. As soon as my guest came she came over she let us know she'd give us a few more minutes. She gave me some recommendations and I think the noodle dish I had was called Pad See Ew. Very good flavor and I loved the fat flat noodles. Good portion of big shrimp. I also had a Thai tea and that was very good. It came in a huge cup. Definitely worth the money.
I can't believe I waited so long to try Sea Thai in Blackstone. Perfection with every bite and super fast friendly service with a fun interior vibe. Thai pork larb is so hard to find, and done right. Think PF Changes lettuce wrap filling, but so much better. A minced pork with thai seasonings, cilantro, green onions, crispy toasted rice, etc. It's a huge portion and served on a thin bed of lime, vinegar lettuce slaw and red onion. Get it with a side of rice and put their special soy sauce on it. Don't miss the mango crab rangoon served hot and fresh and lots of filling. The homemade chicken potstickers and egg rolls with their own special sauces were great too. Please show support and give these guys some love!
My son took me to this Thai restaurant on Father’s Day 2024. The red curry chicken, very flavorful. The restaurant was very clean. The best part was the service. Ney, she was sooooo great, very informative, very knowledgeable on the Thai dishes that they serve. She was outstanding, thank you, I will return with more guest for your establishment. Word of mouth. See you soon again.
