About Sea Royal House

Located at 3655 W 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90020, USA, Sea Royal House offers a Chinese Restaurant experience that prioritizes quality over large portions. This establishment has garnered varied reactions from customers, with some praising its food quality and others expressing concerns about service.

One customer reported a negative initial impression regarding service and the appearance of the food, leading them to choose not to dine there. This suggests that consistency in service and food presentation might be areas for potential improvement.

Conversely, another reviewer found the food to be exactly what they were looking for, especially after being disappointed by other Chinese food spots. They noted that despite not being run by Asians, the cuisine met their expectations, implying a level of authenticity or satisfying taste.

A recurring positive aspect highlighted in the reviews is the focus on quality rather than excessive quantity. One customer appreciated that Sea Royal House does not follow the trend of serving huge portions of average-tasting food, instead opting for better quality. Specific dishes that received praise include the fried rice, noted for its smokiness, the orange chicken, described as having the right consistency, taste, and tang, the mushroom chicken, also deemed good, and the kung pao chicken, which reportedly has a noticeable kick.

Sea Royal House also offers value meal options with tiered pricing: one item for $8.99, two items for $9.99, and three items for $10.99. However, one customer found the price of $4 for a guava drink to be high.

In summary, Sea Royal House appears to be a Chinese restaurant that aims to provide quality dishes, with positive feedback on specific items like their fried rice and various chicken preparations. While there are mentions of potential issues with service and initial food appearance, those prioritizing flavor and quality over large portions might find Sea Royal House a worthwhile option. No courtesy for your experience of eating out in fact no leniency for anything other than spend your money here and then get out the food was depressing old. We chose not to eat here because the food didn’t look good and the service was terrible.

Not actually run by Asians, but the food is exactly what I've been looking for. Been a while since I've been back home and all the other Chinese food spots were disappointing. This isn't one of the places where they put a huge amount on the plate. I noticed that's the trend now, but every place that did it tasted average. I prefer quality over quantity and this place is on point Fried rice has a nice smokiness too it. Orange chicken had the right consistency, taste, and tang. Mushroom chicken was equally good, and the kung pao chicken actually had a little kick to it. $4 for a guava drink is crazy, though. 8/10 would recommend 1 item: 8.99 2 item: 9.99 3 item: 10.99

Just moved into the neighborhood, unpacking our stuff and the wife wanted a bite to eat. We stopped by here bought some food and it tasted old, had no flavor, and had a fishy scent. Not worth the $10.

Great Service, Large Portions, Pretty much a Panda Express except without the over priced dishes. They sell delicious sodas, and in general it was a very clean store. If you're looking for that tasty take out Chinese experience but don't want to have to go to Hollywood for a Panda Express this is your place!

Bland food, no seasoned what so ever. Even the white rice was bland, no salt, no pepper!!! I want my $$ back. 🤣
