Scotty's Fish and Chips

This has got to be the WORST Jamaican food I’ve ever had. I ordered the Jerk Chicken meal and was highly disappointed. The chicken wasn’t even jerk, just browned and extremely salty. No jerk seasoning whatsoever. The cabbage was watery and flavorless, along with the rice and peas. Are there even Jamaicans in the kitchen?! Avoid at all cost! Go to New York if you want Jamaican food because this wasn’t authentic at all. 0 stars.

I come often for lunch special. All the food I have tried here was delicious. Especially jerk chicken, chicken stew and curry chicken. Good portions.

Best Jamaican Food in Stamford!!! Already tried Ox Tail, Stew Chicken, BBQ Chicken, Curry Chicken and Curry Goat. All Excellent! Sides are delish too (Yams, Mac and Cheese and Cabbage). Fried Chicken and Beef Patties were also delicious! You can tell everything is made from scratch and made with love! Try it out for yourself as you will NOT be disappointed!

Went in for some jerk chicken. The portion size was good and the chicken, rice, and cabbage itself were wonderful. The owner was kind and polite.

Beef patties were pretty solid, curry chicken was so so, very salty and no spiciness, color too dark in my opinion.
