Saroki's Crispy Chicken & Pizza

This is my second time having Saroki's, first time at this location. I didn't try the chicken, got the loaded fries instead. They were fresh, and tasty, but there was hardly any chicken and too much sauce. Their pizza is okay, the service was good. They are a little pricey.

I signed up for their rewards and they gave me $3 off coupon so I was like cool lets try it. I got the two piece white combo with mashed potatoes. I ordered it online so that it would be ready when I got there but arrived about 10-15 minutes and it wasn’t ready yet. While I waited, I ended up getting a slice of supreme pizza which was not good at all. It looked and tasted old. It looked old when I ordered but I just assumed they a little warm up process to bring it back to life. The chicken was decent. Not the best in the world but not nasty at all. The mash was cool. Not in a rush to go back but I wouldn’t count them out.

First let’s talk about the service, I truly feel if the service isn’t good it ruins my opinion on the food. I went here and got the opportunity of meeting the lovely owner, he is truly a nice guy with a very warm spirit. I explained it was my first time here and he gave recommendations that I actually appreciated. I decided on getting the 4 piece tenders with potato wedges and a BISCUIT. Honey let me tell yall bout the biscuits!!! They are so good, they aren’t dry at all and I believe they have a honey glaze to them…if I’m wrong please correct me but they are good. The tenders and wedges are always seasoned sooo well, I have been back multiple times since trying. The atmosphere is cool, it’s a gas station…a clean one, but a gas station. However even though it’s a gas station, they make sure to keep the area in front of their location clean which I appreciate, especially since I’m ordering food. Comes down to it, definitely would recommend, if you haven’t tried it try it today the food is great and the employees are super sweet!

Yes, every time I come to Saroki’s here they are so great. Jessica is the best. She always make sure that my order is correct and she kinda know who I am by my order and she customize it for me and I really like coming here. I come here for my lunch break and I bring back biscuits for my coworkers cause they love the biscuits and I also think customers here yes this is the best place. Please keep up the good work and give her a raise Jessica

I recently did takeout from Saroki's Crispy Chicken in Farmington Hills, and I was impressed! The pizza had a perfect crispy crust, fresh toppings, and a delicious sauce that hit all the right notes. The fried chicken was equally amazing — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. The service was fantastic, too — friendly and efficient. My order was ready on time, and the staff made the whole experience smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place for both pizza and chicken. I’ll definitely be back!
