Came here at the end of October with my Son and Mom after shopping in the mall. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, even my son enjoyed it and he is a very picky eater. Definitely will be back next time I’m in/near the mall 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Always love sarku! Its the best mall food! We got the chicken teriyaki with extra chicken to share it was perfect and really tasty

I’m not sure why people think this place is a 4 star restaurant. This is a MALL food court. You have the men clanking spatulas together, talking over each other, and the loud vent fan going off people coming up and shouting all different things, a whole bunch of people talking and walking by and you want to complain that the woman yells at you ???. I’m only complaining because I haven’t eaten here in forever due to the long lines and only having a 15 min break.I went up because there was only 2 people in line. Man I was so excited. Let me tell you, It had absolutely no flavor. It smelled amazing too. I was really annoyed. Still ate it, & I must say the prices are decent for a chicken and shrimp teriyaki. Probably won’t eat here again. Really such a shame, I used to get it all the time.

Unfortunately the food has very little to do with Japanese food besides the name. I'm a true lover of Japanese food and Japanese tradition cooking many Japanese dishes myself. Many of the Japanese ingredients used to make teriyaki chicken are not present in sarku Japan's teriyaki chicken. The humongous chunks of raw cabbage are not pleasant they are too big and too hard to chew. True Japanese style the cabbage should be shredded. one most important fact Chinese can never pass for Japanese because they are not as polite as Japanese. ごめんなさい

Completely rude staff. While I was waiting for my order I noticed they got it wrong. The solution was them yelling “.54” prompting for me to pay them the balance due for my rice to be fried ( mind you like I said when I ordered). They let me stand there and wait for the order only for it to be wrong and proceeded to have me pay for their mistake. Horrible service.
