Best sushi in SA! Remembered this place from living here years ago. Came back today and it is just as wonderful. Friendly and cheerful staff members, amazing food, and a cup of fire. Can’t be beat. Thanks Sapporo!

Love this place, the hardest thing about eating here is choosing which roll to eat, they are all so good and are very filling. Would like to see them sell half rolls so I can choose more than one.

I used to visit this place a lot when I was living in student living since it’s in the area. Now visiting 7 years later I don’t really understand what I liked so much about it. The decor is other worldly, but I wish they put more effort into their foods. The ramen I got was very bland and had little toppings, you could tell it was the normal ramen noodles from the pack just placed into a different broth, and my noodles tasted very over cooked. The plating of everything makes it look like it would be packed with flavor and quality, but that’s not how it tasted. The rolls we got were huge but even the sauce and toppings didn’t make it taste anything more than seaweed and rice. Overall everything just tasted plain and not like I remembered it at all. My spouse and I got several dishes but not one really changed our experience. We didn’t even end up taking any leftovers home because it was unappetizing. We spent about $100 between the both of us and I don’t feel it was worth it at all.
