As a Chinese Restaurant, Sang's aims to provide a variety of Chinese culinary experiences, with a particular focus on Dim Sum. Based on recent customer feedback, experiences appear to vary.

One customer enthusiastically described their experience as "AMAZING," praising the 10/10 customer service and exceptionally fast preparation time, with food arriving hot and fresh just 10 minutes after ordering. This positive review strongly recommends Sang's.

However, another customer reported a significantly negative experience during a Saturday dim sum visit. This review detailed instances of rude service from a waitress, including dismissive behavior and a perceived unwillingness to accommodate a small additional order. The customer also mentioned being told that a specific dish was unavailable, only to suspect this was untrue. They further reported a long wait for a subsequent order, suggesting it was intentional. This negative experience led the customer to conclude it would be their last visit and resulted in a zero tip, explicitly intended to reflect their dissatisfaction with the service. They did note that previous experiences with the owner present had been positive, implying inconsistency in service quality.

Prospective diners may wish to consider these contrasting recent experiences when deciding to visit Sang's Chinese Food and Dim Sum.

RUDE SERVICE! We went for dim sum on a Saturday and ordered 4 dishes. Then I wanted another dish and the old waitress gave me attitude, tutted, muttered something in Chinese, giving us a dirty look as she walked away. What kind of service is that? Then another waitress came up who spoke better English and said, “you can’t order one thing at a time.” I told her I was still hungry and wanted one more dish and why is it a problem? We asked for some pork Siu Mai and she told us there was no more left. But that wasn’t true. We ordered something else and they made us wait 20 minutes for it— just to prove their point. We have been there many times for dim sum and the food comes out very quickly. There was only one other table in the restaurant so they were not busy. They were SO RUDE, didn’t smile, didn’t ask us how the food was. So, that was our last time going and they got zero tip. $0 should let them know that this treatment of customers is unacceptable. It’s a shame because other times we have been there, the owner was very nice and friendly. He needs to know that his staff are letting him down. They made us feel awful.

My friends and I headed to Sang’s in North Miami Beach for some dim sum, served daily from 11 AM to 4 PM. The restaurant is spacious and welcoming. We started with a pot of fragrant jasmine tea. Dim sum dishes typically come in sets of three, which was perfect for our trio. We savored each bite of the stuffed eggplant, with its tender, flavorful eggplant and fresh, firm shrimp filling. The stuffed fried beancurd was another hit, crispy on the outside and silky on the inside—just be careful not to burn your tongue! The fried shrimp roll with mango, paired with a delightful sweet and salty sauce, was an unexpected treat. The pan-fried turnip cake pudding was so flavorful it didn’t need any sauce. The stuffed beancurd skin was incredibly fragrant and generously portioned. The steamed chicken feet, cooked in oyster sauce, were tender and rich. The pan-fried leek cake was chewy and aromatic, while the fried dough rice paste had the perfect balance of crispy dough and smooth rice roll. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Cantonese style Chinese food in north Miami . You can also order dimsum. I enjoyed the shrimp and beef with Chinese broccoli. The conch with veggies was good but only a few pieces of conch inside. The steamed fish was just so so and the fish didn’t taste very fresh. Also the beef chowfun was good. Didn’t like the steamed chicken much. The restaurant is not located in downtown Miami. It’s about 30 min drive away on highway.

The inconsistency in the preparations of the Special Rice is unbelievable. Buying takeout at this place is like playing the lottery and you always lose! or this "special rice" is second hand... It has nothing, just rice and sprouts. I do not recommend this place.
