Sand on the Beach

This place has immense potential to be great! The people here are incredibly kind, and the service is top-notch. I want this review to serve as inspiration rather than a critique. However, the food could definitely use improvement. The location is wonderful, but the sliding doors are dirty, and the chairs are old and should be replaced. There is rust and mold in the ceiling—it definitely needs a revamp! Please know that you all are wonderful; if it’s possible to give the place a facelift, that would help immensely. Keep up the good work—I'm sure this place can become what it once was, or even better!

The lobster bisque is excellent. The pork tacos with mango salsa have a unique flavor and are good too. The staff was very pleasant and Marco was a great server, quick, friendly, and efficient. It's pretty much all seafood so if that's your thing I definitely recommend it.

My wife and I had lunch here April 3 and it turned out to be the most memorable place we ate all vacation. Just check out the view! We had the downstairs mostly to ourselves even though the Bikini Bar Upstairs was packed. Our hostess and server were so friendly and attentive and the Sand's Tacos with local draft beer we ordered tasted great. To think we almost skipped it because of some of the one star reviews we saw from the past month. And you know what I can't argue with the comments I read about the building itself. It's an open air venue and the ocean has been beating on it forever so cut it some slack. I simply can't imagine though the staff being rude although I can see them being incredibly busy when the tables are full. Come here for lunch when the crowd is light and enjoy the view.

Went here for my 21st birthday!!! Absolutely amazing I love all the staff! Beautiful view, yummy food!! I especially enjoyed the shrimp tacos 🤤 super yummy! Delicious drinks!!!

Appetizer: fish dip needs flavor and salt. Shrimp and grits and lobster ravioli we ate about 3 bites and left. Service excellent! Food not at all, don’t do it.
