Sakura Nami Japanese Restaurant - All You Can Eat

Love it! Love it! Love it! Sushi haven for all sushi lovers! I had to go find Sakura Sushi restaurant when my usual one closed during covid times. I love their all you can eat deal with too many great choices to choose from. Thank you to the amazing chef who creates wonders!!! Will come again and again!!

I recently dined with my girlfriend at this restaurant that truly exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating a perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The service was exceptional; the staff was friendly, making sure we had everything needed. And the food? Absolutely delicious. They have their signature dishes (very special and delicious) which I cannot find in other restaurants. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Great place! Plenty of room when we went here on a Saturday afternoon, early dinner. Got really busy around 6pm so plan accordingly. Food is absolutely delicious. We had to order a lot of sushi since they have so many different ones and we just wanted to try them all. The appetizers are also delicious. Service was super fast and we got everything in a very timely manner. Very satisfied with the service. If you do not have the room to finish the all you can eat sushi, there is a $10 up charge and you get to take it home with you. Parking can get tricky. They do have a decent parking lot but as we were leaving, at least three vehicles were circling around waiting for someone to leave so they can park. Overall a great experience!

You would think that every all you can eat sushi place is good. Well I guessed wrong and to that I've left my rating. 1 the appetizers are very small. The Chicken teriyaki plate i got the chicken was very bouncy if that counts 😕. Sushi came out looking very appealing to the eye but the taste was not. You know when you have fresh rice you can taste it and smell it. This rice tasted like it was a few days old and did not leave a good mouth feel. I hate giving reviews but this one made me do it.

The woman who was our waitress was unfriendly and showed no concern in ensuring our needs were met. Awkwardly would wander the sushi line silently. I requested a Diet Coke, but they gave me tap water and ignored me. She literally looked miserable. We felt so uncomfortable. Although asked for crayons and a children's menu, she responded I have no idea with an attitude what they were. There were some right there in front of her. I understand being from another place in the world but she obviously didn’t care enough to try. We would make sure our guests are happy… The rolls are massive and made sloppy. Quality went down hill. Overall not a tasty or good night out.
