The service was amazing. We had a couple of rolls, including one customized to our preferences. The grilled squid was very good, and the fish was incredibly fresh. The tempura was good, though I would personally suggest changing the type of tempura mix. However, the atmosphere could use some improvement—it feels too much like a cafeteria, and the lighting is overly bright.

Great sushi and Ramen spot! Family and kid friendly. However, no kid menu. Portion sizes were great. Exceptional bowls of ramen! The broth was rich and flavorful, with a perfect balance of savory and umami notes. The noodles had just the right amount of chew, and the toppings were fresh and generously portioned. The chashu was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the egg was perfectly soft-boiled. A truly satisfying and comforting meal that leaves you craving more. Highly recommended for ramen lovers! Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The atmosphere at Sake is absolutely fantastic! From the moment you step in, you're greeted by a warm, inviting ambiance that blends traditional Japanese decor with a modern twist. The soft lighting, cozy seating, and elegant wooden accents create a perfect setting for both a casual meal and a special occasion. **Saki Restaurant - A Sushi Delight! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I recently dined at Saki Restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of modern and traditional Japanese decor. The sushi was nothing short of spectacular! Each piece was a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The freshness of the fish was evident, and the creative rolls, like the Dragon Roll and the Spicy Tuna, were exceptional. I also appreciated the variety of options, catering to both traditional sushi lovers and those looking for innovative twists. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Their recommendations were spot on, showcasing their expertise and passion for the cuisine. To top it all off, the dessert menu featured some delightful treats. The matcha cheesecake was a highlight, offering a perfect balance of flavors. Overall, Saki Restaurant is a must-visit for sushi enthusiasts and anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic dining experience. I went to Sake Restaurant with a friend last week. We were craving Ramen but wanted to try somewhere new. I found this place on a quick search. It is beautiful inside, very clean. Staff was very attentive and quick to get our orders placed. I ordered a veggie sushi roll & it was pretty good. My friend tried the snow crab tempura roll. She loved the amount of tempura it had on it & would definitely recommend & get it again. I want to try a tempura roll next time. They seemed to have a couple vegetarian sushi options, which I appreciated. I ordered the veggie ramen. The broth didn’t have a ton of flavor, which was a disappointment. I feel like the broth in ramen really makes or breaks it. I had to add soy sauce to this broth because it was really bland. It had so many bok choys in the ramen. I’m not a big fan of bok choy so that was all being pulled out. The menu wasn’t really clear about what vegetables were included in this dish. The noodles were pretty good though. My friend ordered the Nabeyaki Udon. She also didn’t love the broth in this, also having to add soy sauce for flavoring. She said the udon noodles were really yummy & chewy. We both noticed the soft boil eggs didn’t seem like they were marinated in anything. I love adding an egg to my ramen because they are usually super flavorful. This was a little bit of a disappointment. Overall, I would check this place out for their sushi. I wouldn’t recommend for the ramen or udon.

We enjoyed a feast SAKE Ramen & Sushi Bar with a few members of the Utah Foodie Fam. To start the sushi was all really fresh and tasted awesome! The Ramen and all of the other non sushi dishes that we tried were stellar! Go check this place out! Thank you Jade Gip for having us! Such an amazing evening!
