Forgive me for not taking a before picture. The lady at the counter was very nice. Small shop in a plaza. isn’t the best plaza. Delighted to see a good food option in the plaza. I ordered the grilled lamb, lamb wrap, and fried rice/Benechin/Thieb. Rice was the best but I like it better when there are vegetables in it. The lamb meat was fatty in it. I ate all of the rice. My lamb wrap wasn’t the best because the meat inside was over cooked and had a little off taste. It was poorly wrapped, I couldn’t finish it. The grilled lamb had good flavor along with those awesome onions on top. A lot of the meat was chewy and inedible which was a bummer. This is my second time eating from here and I wanted to like it more as it is closer to me than the restaurant I usually go to for this type of food. They are fair priced. Wanted to try the Snapper. The meat pies didn’t look filled so I didn’t order one. Update 4-4-2025. Snapper and rice was delicious. Snapper has great flavor. For DoorDash, please tie up the bag well and if possible place in a brown bag. Because the bag was poorly tied, I didn’t feel comforted knowing that the driver could’ve done anything to my food. Consider better tamper proof packaging for deliveries. It’s so much better to call in and order than to go through DoorDash with those ridiculous convenience fees.

I was craving African food and didn't want to leave the house so I searched Uber for one I haven't been to. Found this place on Riverdale Rd. Ordered the jollof rice and Dibi. It was soooo good. Everything was seasoned and flavored well. The chicken was super tender and I loved the grilled onion on top. I will frequent this place from now on. Two thumbs up!!

I love this place, but it seems like they do Americans so wrong. When I go with my boyfriend from Senegal it’s way different than when I go by myself. Barley want to service me, give me little to no meat in my Fataya I just hate that, it’s a different experience when I go alone or order on my own.

They rice and fish it not fresh and me as Senegalese I will never ever order this from them. Also two dub I plate for 32$ was like small and rip off I will never suggest you got 32$ of nothing

Delicious rice and lamb! Great owners with authentic African food. Delivery and carry out available. Best in the area! They had so many different things to choose from. I got jollof, rice and lamb.
