I really wanted to like this place but there’s a lot wrong unfortunately. It was $30 for a bowl of pho tai and an iced coffee!! Holy expensive! Maybe cause it’s in Rye but sheesh that’s insane. You would think for that price it was a huge bowl but it is quite small. You also don’t get much beef… my bowl was also full of fat. There’s no good pho places near me… sad.
This place just opened so I’ve heard mixed reviews. Owned by a local resident and operated with sincerity. I fully endorse Saigon Table. I’ve been in the restaurant business so I know how hard it is to open and run a new place. That said, the food is very very good. I got to speak with the owner and there is no expense spared with ingredients. I will absolutely keep coming back to try everything on the menu. So far, the Classic Banh Mi and the Cha Gio spring rolls have really impressed me.
Very disappointing. Not authentic pho like one would find at an authentic Vietnamese place. Pho is limited to one type with choice of only two meats. And the soup is shameful. 5 pieces of paper thin meat with nothing else but the noodles. The same noodles we can buy at the super market. Sorry but 2 ingredients doesn't make for Pho. Where's the mint leaves, bean sprouts, vegetables? They should also offer more types of pho and the various meats and ingredients that come with real authentic pho. This is the worst excuse for Pho I've ever seen. Shame shame.
We stumbled upon this wonderful gem. The owner was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. The chicken soup was so delicious and so was the beef stew. All the food used super fresh ingredients and was so flavorful.
I never usually write review for anything, let alone restaurants. But just minutes after entering i felt compelled to share praise. The food and service is impeccable at this hidden gem; the hospitality is warm and vibrant, and the menu offers a culinary adventure where the flavors provide depth and nuance. But what really sets Saigon Table apart is its profound sense of community it brings to Rye. It is a total game changer, can’t wait to go back !
