To be honest, I’ve come here multiple times and only ever had the beef boat noodles😭. The first time I went to Ruuthai’s I ordered it, and on every subsequent occasion I could simply not hold myself back because I craved the taste so much. It’s a unique flavor with a broth that I would drink by itself it’s so good - my preferred way to enjoy it is to loop the noodles into a spoon, filling the crevices with a rich, flavorful broth and plopping a piece of beef or sausage to top it off. The ensuing bite is a heavenly moment that honestly reminds me why life is worth living. The other dishes also look delicious :) 10/10 highly recommend

Wanted Thai food from a family owed place as we were driving through across country, and was not disappointed. Some of the best Thai food we’ve had, and even pinned it to visit again next year!

Since discovering Ruuthai’s Kitchen, a very quaint, quiet, “hole in the wall”, comforting food spot-I’ve never been disappointed in any dishes I’ve chosen. Fell in love instantly with their green curry which is simply flavorsome compared to many places having it in the tri-state area. My classic choices of Drunken Noodles, Spicy Basil Fried Rice, Thai Chicken Satay, Spring Rolls and much more are just made with love and perfection.

Very intimate atmosphere, with exceptional service and phenomenal food. One of the few Thai places I have visited that will accommodate a heat leave requested. We ordered the Larb salad and it was so good I could of had two. Then we ordered drunken noodles in two different spice levels and both we extraordinary. I ordered mine Thai hot and it actually came close, which is refreshing and I was happy especially after eating my left over later in the night. The mild was perfect for my partner, who was very unhappy after insisting on trying mine. The ability for BYOB made a meal anywhere else a fraction of the price and I would recomend this to anyone looking for the real deal authentic Thai cuisine. I will be back next time I vist the area. The sevice was great and they took time to talk. What a wonderful experiance.

This was my first visit and we ordered take out. We ordered pad thai and 2 different curries - seafood and chicken. Thai salad and coconut soup. All of the dishes were very mediocre. The soup lacked vegetables and was thin. The curries were watery, the chicken was tough in the red curry and the seafood green curry had lots of imitation crab that just fell apart. All dishes tasted overcooked. While this restaurant in Bridgeport is closer to my home, I'll drive a few more miles for better food in nearby Fairfield. Note that they close midday between lunch and dinner so check their hours if you plan to go there.
