As a Chinese Restaurant, Run & Run offers a variety of dishes for takeout and potentially dine-in. Customer reviews present differing opinions on the food quality, while service seems to be positively noted by at least one reviewer.

One family, who were looking for a meal after leaving Disney, found Run & Run to be a "hit." They ordered sesame chicken, general tso chicken, and sweet and sour chicken, with each meal including a choice of rice and an egg roll. They also enjoyed the wonton soup and crab rangoon, describing the latter as "delicious." This family of five found the total cost of $52 with a tip to be a good value.

However, another reviewer found the food to be generally "not tasty" and overly sweet, noting a lack of aroma in the chicken. While they found the rolls to be "very good," they advised against ordering the egg soup. This reviewer did commend the service as "wonderful."

Local users considering Run & Run Chinese Restaurant can anticipate a reasonably priced option, particularly for families. While one customer praised the taste and value, another found the food to be generally unappetizing, highlighting sweetness as a dominant flavor. The service, however, received positive feedback in one review.

We were starving because we didn’t get to eat inside of Disney due to our transportation coming. So we decided to eat off the parks. We stayed in the grand Wyndham bonnet creek which was about 14 minutes away from the hotel. We got sesame chicken, general tso chicken and sweet and sour chicken. Each meal came with a choice of rice and an egg roll. We also got wonton soup and crab ragoon which was delicious. We are picky with chinese cuisine. This definitely was a hit for our family. Our order total was only $52 with a tip and I’m a family of five!

The food in general is not tasty, it is very sweet, and the smell of the chicken cannot be smelled, the rolls were very good, and the egg soup (don't buy it) is bad, the service was wonderful...

Poor service and food. We had a meal in this dirty poorly kept restaurant and the server was more interested in supplying takeaways. Myself and my 2 daughters asked for food to be served to our table. We had to pay up front and I wish we hadn’t. The food came but it was dry and the chicken if you can call it that, was tiny pieces of crouton size meat, smothered in batter to make it look sizeable. My daughter’s chicken nuggets were overcooked and hard. When we asked for cutlery they gave us plastic knives and forks which wasn’t even adequate to cut and eat the food. I wanted to complain but there was so much wrong that we just walked out and left the food on the table. The chairs were uncomfortable also. This place is advertised as a dine in restaurant but that’s far from the truth. I definitely would not recommend this place at all and will not be back. We were also scared to use the toilets.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken like every other typical American. Menu picture showed the dish on a glass plate with veggies. It was served on the cheapest Styrofoam plates and bowls you can get with the flimsiest plastic-wear out there. Broke my fork trying to stab the chicken. There were no vegetables like shown on the menu and not nearly enough sweet and sour sauce. Add to all that, there was a long black hair in my rice (I'm a bald ginger). Service was pretty decent and they replaced the meal quickly, but it was nowhere near worth the $20 it cost, especially with how cheap the atmosphere was. That was including an egg roll which I'll admit was pretty good though.. Our local Chinese restaurant in Ohio blows this place away.
