While the platform category is listed as "Chinese Restaurant," the name "Royal Sushi Grill & Thai" indicates that this establishment offers a combination of sushi, grilled dishes, and Thai cuisine. However, recent customer reviews paint a concerning picture of the food quality and service.

One customer rated the food a "2/10," describing their Pad Thai as "the most plain food I’ve ever had" with no spice level options. They also found their husband's curry to be "gross" and mentioned that the chicken tasted "fake" and the service was "horrible," strongly advising others to avoid the restaurant.

Another reviewer expressed disappointment with their Pad See Eiw, stating they couldn't even finish it due to an unpleasant taste, possibly attributed to a "special" sauce. They also noted a lack of expected ingredients like egg and broccoli (with only "two small pieces" present instead of a lot, as in the traditional dish, which also includes bok choy). This customer felt the dish was more akin to Drunken Noodles without peppers and was disappointed by the addition of carrot and mushroom. They were not inclined to try other dishes after reading a negative review about the Pad Thai and their own experience.

Furthermore, this reviewer was disappointed that Curry Puffs, a "classic appetizer popular among other Thai restaurants," were not on the "Thai Kitchen" menu.

Based on these recent reviews, it is evident that some customers have had significantly negative experiences regarding the food quality, taste, and authenticity of the Thai dishes, as well as the service. There is no positive feedback available in these reviews to describe the environment or any positive features. Additionally, no promotional information is mentioned.

Local users considering dining at Royal Sushi Grill & Thai (Cocoa) should be aware of these recent negative reviews and the concerns raised about the food and service quality. It may be prudent to seek more recent feedback or contact the restaurant directly for clarification before visiting.

The food was 2/10. I ordered pad Thai and it was the most plain food I’ve ever had. They didn’t have any spice levels and the curry my husband ordered was gross. The chicken tasted fake and the service was horrible. Do not come here, save time and money and go somewhere else.

I was looking forward to trying their Pad See Eiw but I was disappointed in the first bite. I can’t even bring myself to finish this dish. I don’t know if it’s because of the chefs “special” sauce or what but it just doesn’t taste good. I was expecting more egg and broccoli ( it was literally two small pieces!) since the TRADITIONAL dish contains a lot as well as bok choy. I wouldn’t even call this Pad See Eiw. This is basically Drunken Noodle without the peppers. It was my fault for overlooking that they added carrot and mushroom. I’m not sure who is in charge of the Menu but please consider my opinion and make some changes. I’m not interested in trying your other dishes since I specifically wanted Thai and after reading that bad review on your Pad Thai I definitely believe them. I tried many Thai restaurants and your dish doesn’t even compare to their level. I was also sad to see that your “Thai Kitchen” didn’t have Curry Puffs on their menu. I know you can only do so much but that’s a classic appetizer that is popular among other Thai restaurants.

This place had an inviting atmosphere but the praises end there. The two ladies in the front were less than amiable, and while I made the mistake of forgetting to request no boba in the tea, the server told me to scoop it out without so much as offering to bring another cup. The food arrived and the teriyaki vegetables my grandmother ordered was decent, but the Thai Basil with chicken was probably the worst I have ever ordered. The chicken tasted as if it had been frozen and tossed into the pan just long enough for it to thaw out. The servers were aware that I was unhappy with it, and even after leaving the plate at the end of the table untouched, they did nothing to recover the experience. Instead, they proceeded to speak Chinese about the situation amongst each other. After removing the plate at the end of the meal, they brought the check and we paid for Both meals because it only makes sense to pay for food that people do not consume, much less enjoy.

This is the sixth time here, dinning experience is always exceptional. Food is not only tasty but fresh. My highly recommended dishes are hibachi beef and onion soup. The Summer Rolls are so nice. We like this restaurant very much and we will be back!

Was on my way to Beef o Brady only to find out they closed at 9. I found this place in the same plaza and ordered their Pad Thai dish to go. It was a nice and clean place and the cashier was super nice. It looks like this location just opened. Judging from the menu. I would recommend giving them a try. I was on a solo vacation from Miami.
