About Royal Chopstick

Royal Chopstick is a Chinese restaurant located at 9625 Webb Chapel Rd #400, Dallas, TX 75220, USA. They can be contacted at phone number (214) 352-2300 or mobile phone +1 214-352-2300.

As a Chinese Restaurant in Dallas, Royal Chopstick offers a variety of Chinese dishes and provides services such as dine-in and delivery. One customer described it as "one of the best places" their family has visited in a long time, praising the fast and delicious food and highlighting the excellent customer service provided by the front desk staff. They also noted that the restaurant is open late.

However, another customer had a mixed experience with the food. While the sesame chicken and happy family dishes were considered "good" and "okay" respectively, they reported issues with other items. The beef egg rolls lacked beef, the garlic pork sauce was described as both jellied and oily, and the fried jalapenos were just "okay." This customer felt the overall quality was "basic okay" and mentioned having had better Chinese food in other areas of Dallas. They also found the cheesecake to be unremarkable.

On a positive note, another review mentioned that the food arrived hot and the delivery person was nice. However, this review also pointed out a $4 delivery charge that was not listed on the menu or flyer.

Royal Chopstick offers the convenience of late operating hours and delivery service. While some customers have had very positive experiences with the food and service, others have reported inconsistencies in food quality and unexpected delivery charges. If you are looking for a Chinese restaurant in Dallas with late hours and delivery, Royal Chopstick is an option, but it may be wise to inquire about delivery fees when placing an order.

They gave me chili sauce with every meal, also it was ready in no time. It was a decent amount of food. I did expect the wonton soup to have a little bit more flavor. But over all pretty good.

Food is good but be clear with your order and check it before you leave bc I got fried rice when I wanted white rice and apparently they know it all and said I wanted ā€œfritoā€ when I always say ā€œblancoā€ and after I moved my rice I found the chefs hair in my food 🄰 so thoughtful and I wouldn’t have known that was there if I hadn’t moved the rice. I’m getting credit for the rice but not the whole dish which sucks cause seeing that hair killed my appetite 😐 I ain’t ever going back, used to be my go to but they can’t even get an order right and follow health codes 😐

Got this spot recommended by a couple co workers so thought I’d try it for lunch. Didn’t have high expectations but was hoping for decent sweet and sour chicken but boy was I disappointed. White rice was extremely dry didn’t have that moist consistency it should have and same could be said about the chicken. Portion size was lacking in size too and as for the wontons pictures are self explanatory. No filling at all! All dry and hard shell as well. Thought I’d give my money to a local business but think I’ll go with Panda Express next time. Save your money and stay away!
