About Roman Delight Pizza

Roman Delight Pizza is located at 20131 US-59 in Humble, Texas. While categorized as a Chinese Restaurant on the platform, customer reviews indicate that it primarily serves pizza and potentially other Italian dishes.

Recent feedback from customers has been overwhelmingly negative. One reviewer described their overall experience as "horrid" and stated they would never eat there again. This customer reported that a single slice of pizza in a combo cost almost $23, which they found to be significantly overpriced. Furthermore, they mentioned that the pizza slice was served cold with unmelted cheese and undercooked dough. The pasta was also described as soggy, chewy, and flavorless, ultimately leading to the entire meal being thrown away uneaten.

Another review echoed concerns about the pricing of pizza slices, stating that selling a slice for over $6 without sauce was a mistake. This customer also noted that the slice was not heated before being served, a change from a previous experience. This further contributed to a negative perception of the food quality and service.

Based on the available reviews, local users should be aware of the reported issues with high prices and poor food quality, including cold and undercooked pizza, as well as soggy and flavorless pasta, when considering Roman Delight Pizza. There is no positive feedback regarding the environment, services, features, or any promotional information available in these reviews.

Lets start with the fact that a slice of 1 pizza in a combo came out almost 23$ way overpriced. But since i ordered it i paid it and tried to move on. But why did they not even leave the slice in the oven for longer then five seconds. It was cold and the cheese did not melt all the way thru and the pizza dough was not fully cooked either. The pasta was soggy, chewy and flavorless. Overall experience was horrid and I WILL NEVER EVER eat there again! We threw the food out and basically was left uneaten.

They are so wrong selling this slice for 6+ and NO SAUCE . It would taste so much better! And they didn’t heat it up they just cut and gave it to me which I remember they use heat it up before serving .

This place should be throughly studied and researched. Somehow, this place did the unthinkable- they made a bad pizza. A feat that I thought was impossible until I came here. The pizza is cold, only thrown in an oven to somewhat warm it up before they give it to you. And the ingredients used in the pizza make Walmart's Great Value brand look gourmet. (Also found a hair under my pizza.... yuck). Charging $16 for two slices and a drink is criminal, and bold considering all the other options in the food court. Save yourself the money and go dumpster diving behind Domino's. It'll be far more enjoyable than eating here.

I came here today & decided pizza sounded great for dinner while at the mall i got food poisoning & terrible diarrhea right after eating it they hardly heated up the pizza the price is outrageous for one slice i should've js gotten Popeyes next door & saved myself the literal pain i don't even understand how they're open for business do not get pizza here.

I’m going to go backwards with my review. First, let’s talk about the atmosphere: The mall is no place to go if you want to have a nice atmosphere to eat, I PROMISE you that. The people are loud, EXCESSIVELY loud. They’re all trying to speak over one other. SERVICE: The way that this place makes you feel is that…they are doing you a service by LETTING you buy from them. I had a hard time understanding her Italian accent, and she seemed annoyed that I asked her to repeat a few times, especially since she was speaking so low in volume. FOOD: it seems to me like she should make the noodles al dente - because by the time that we get to eat them as a customer (And I’ve been there several times) The NOODLES ARE VERY MUSHY. The spaghetti, the noodles, the lasagna noodles….MUSHY— by the time we get to eat them - if you’ve ever had those old Ragu noodles in a can as a kid…THAT’S what they taste like. It tastes like she got the noodles pre-cooked in a can or something, they just don’t taste right. OVER COOKED. The SPAGHETTI SAUCE is WATERED DOWN, so it appears as ‘red water’, with small chunks of tomato. NOT appealing to look at once it’s on the ‘plate’. They give you this aluminum round plate that should actually have a cover over it that we may take the remaining portion home if we don’t eat it. But that’s not even OFFERED to us. She would get much more business if she would thicken up the spaghetti sauce, if she wouldn’t cook the noodles for so long, and if she would always OFFER (even if we have to pay a separate charge for it) BREAD with our meal. But once we’ve purchased it, and we feel like oh no, I should’ve gotten some bread with it, it doesn’t feel comfortable to ask her because she’s just trying to push you out of there right away.
