Amazing food, customer service is top notch, and the atmosphere will "WoW" that date you are taking here, also great size to bring your family, too! My waitress Kenzia is great, as well the entire waitstaff is on a whole another level! 😊 Don't just take my word for it. First time at Roja over the weekend. I made a reservation ahead of time and we were seated right away. Chips and Salsa were good, nothing special. Our drink order was taken and brought out within minutes. My husband ordered a Combo plate, the Vaca Real. It includes the Beef version of an Enchilada, Chile Relleno, and Tostada. He said everything was seasoned well, Relleno was the right consistency, liked the rice & beans. The clear winner for him was the Tostada on the house made shell! I was excited because they have a fairly extensive vegetarian menu! I also went with a Combo, the Antonio. The Enchilada was full of chopped veggies and although I'm not generally a fan of Verde sauce, theirs was excellent! Veggie Taco was pretty basic but tasty, as were the rice and black beans. I think I'm gonna have to try a Tostada next time as well. Ended with the El Tradicional Marg. It comes with a disclaimer cuz it's strong and tart but to me it just tasted like a real drink. I do love tequila though... Food came out quickly, about 10 minutes. Service was great, our server Isidro seemed to be everywhere at once. We are excited to return!

I'm not from Nebraska, but when I eat out at a Mexican restaurant, I judge them by their rice and refried beans at Rojas Mexican Grill was incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked. We were a group of nine (aged 9 to 65), and no one was disappointed with their meal selection. Prices were very reasonable, and they offered good selections on the vegan and gluten-free venues. I'd definitely recommend this place again.

Actually went to this place twice while I was in town, both times I sat at the bar and ate. Kind personable bartenders. Attentive with the chips and salsa right when you sit down. Has a cool Mexican and industrial vibe. Does have a portion of the bar that has garage doors to the outside, but that wasn’t open both times I was there, but think that would have been a cool place to sit. Not a big chain eating kind of person, and not sure this is one in this area, but it didn’t give that vibe if it is.

I really hate to leave a bad or mean review but this was not good Mexican food. I do realize my standards may be a bit higher coming from Ca and Mexican food there, but I'm sorry it was just not good. I only got 3 tacos! I couldn't figure out what the heck I was eating. It was supposed to be 2 ground beef because there wasn't an option for shredded beef,which was also disappointing. Maybe I read it wrong but I thought it said grilled chicken it was not! It was stewed or boiled?? Maybe it was a bad night I was very disappointed to say the least.
