About Ricky's Hardee

Ricky's Hardee is a Chinese restaurant located at 429 Mother Gaston Blvd in Brooklyn, New York. As a part of the Chinese Restaurant category, it primarily serves the local community through takeout and delivery services. However, recent customer reviews paint a concerning picture regarding the consistency of food quality, order accuracy, and overall dining experience at this establishment, which potential local users should carefully consider.

Information regarding the environment or ambiance of Ricky's Hardee is not provided in the available customer reviews. As a restaurant that seems to focus heavily on takeout and delivery, the physical appearance and dine-in facilities, if any, are not discussed by the customers who shared their experiences. Therefore, it is difficult to offer any objective description of the restaurant's atmosphere or interior based solely on the given feedback. Potential customers might need to visit the location in person to assess the environment.

The service at Ricky's Hardee, as reflected in the customer reviews, appears to be inconsistent and problematic. One customer reported that while their first order was "absolutely perfect," subsequent orders were significantly flawed. These issues included the order being mixed up with someone else's, necessitating a reorder. By the time the correct food arrived, only the requested sauce was hot, while the poultry appeared to be old, possibly leftovers. This customer expressed strong dissatisfaction with receiving what they perceived as day-old food when ordering takeout, especially as it was a recurring issue during visits to family in Brooklyn. This suggests a potential problem with order fulfillment and quality control.

Another review further corroborates concerns about food quality, with the customer stating that they ended up discarding their meal entirely. This extreme reaction indicates a severe lack of satisfaction with the food provided. Additionally, a particularly alarming review reported a case of food poisoning after consuming the sweet and sour chicken from Ricky's Hardee. This customer also described the fries as soggy and old, and the broccoli as tasting like trash, vowing never to order from the restaurant again. Such a serious accusation of food poisoning raises significant health and safety concerns for potential customers.

The features of Ricky's Hardee, based on the negative reviews, do not highlight any positive aspects of their offerings. Instead, the recurring themes are related to poor food quality (stale poultry, soggy fries, distasteful broccoli), order inaccuracies (mixed-up orders, incomplete orders), and potential health risks (food poisoning). The one positive mention of a previous "perfect" order is overshadowed by the subsequent negative experiences reported by the same customer, indicating a lack of consistency in their food preparation and order handling.

No promotional information or special offers were mentioned in the provided customer reviews. Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding food quality and service, it is unlikely that customers would be focused on or aware of any ongoing promotions. Potential customers might want to inquire directly with the restaurant about any current offers, but should do so with caution, keeping in mind the reported issues with food quality and service reliability.

The sentiment expressed in the reviews is overwhelmingly negative, with customers detailing experiences of receiving substandard food, incorrect orders, and even alleged food poisoning. The comparison to a better experience at a previous location of a different Hardee's (presumably a different establishment altogether, given the context of a fire) further underscores the dissatisfaction with the current Ricky's Hardee. The consistent complaints about food quality and service suggest systemic issues that potential local users should be seriously aware of before placing an order.

In conclusion, Ricky's Hardee at 429 Mother Gaston Blvd in Brooklyn, NY, appears to be a Chinese restaurant that has generated significant negative feedback regarding its food quality and service. Multiple customers have reported issues such as mixed-up orders, receiving what seemed to be old or leftover food, and in one severe case, alleged food poisoning. The lack of positive comments and the strong negative experiences shared should serve as a serious warning to potential local users. While the first order for one customer was satisfactory, subsequent experiences were far from it, indicating a severe lack of consistency. Given these serious concerns, individuals in the Brooklyn area might want to exercise extreme caution and consider alternative Chinese restaurants with more consistently positive reviews before ordering from Ricky's Hardee. It would be advisable to seek more recent and potentially more positive feedback from other sources before making a decision.

The first order was absolutely perfect. The second and third order was something different. My order was mixed up with someone's order so I had to order again, by the time I received my food the only item that was hot was the item I requested the darn sauce. I believe I recieved day old poultry by the looks of the food. LEFTOVERs - who want to eat left over when you are ordering take out. NOT ME!!! Every time I come to visit family members in Brooklyn I get garbage delivered to me. I ended up dumping my food. I miss the Fort Greene Hardee ( the old one the burnt down) not the one next to the bus stop.
