Based on recent customer feedback, opinions on Rice King are mixed. Some customers have found certain dishes to be very good, specifically mentioning the Honey Walnut Shrimp, Fried Wontons, Crab Rangoons, and Wonton Soup as enjoyable options.
However, other reviewers have expressed significant concerns regarding the quality and preparation of several items. The Egg Rolls and Shrimp Rolls were described as very greasy, with one customer noting only a single shrimp in their shrimp rolls, contrary to the usual expectation of three. Dishes like the Sesame Shrimp, General Tso Chicken, and Lobster LoMein also received negative feedback. The sauce in the Sesame Shrimp and General Tso Chicken was described as having an overpowering ginger taste and smell. The Sesame Shrimp was reported to be mostly dough with very little shrimp inside. The Lobster LoMein was criticized for being predominantly noodles with a minimal amount of tiny, unpleasant-tasting shrimp, and misrepresented "lobster" pieces.
One customer also highlighted a policy of charging an extra $1 for white meat in the General Tso Chicken on a large order and reported consistent issues with being shorted white rice. Additionally, they mentioned instances of not receiving fortune cookies with their orders. It's important to note that Rice King reportedly requires cash payment for the use of coupons, a policy that one customer found unusual and potentially detrimental to their business due to the prevalence of credit card usage.
Given this feedback, local users considering ordering from Rice King should be aware of the varying experiences reported by other customers. While some dishes have been praised, significant issues have been raised regarding the preparation and quality of others, as well as certain business practices. For placing an order or for inquiries, Rice King can be contacted at (856) 228-5876 or mobile phone +1 856-228-5876.

So, let us honor the Rice King, for without its humble yet powerful reign, the world would be a far less flavorful place. Long live the Rice King!
The Honey Walnut Shrimp, Fried Wontons, Crab Rangoons and Wonton Soup were all very good! I didn’t like their Egg or Shrimp Rolls they were very greasy and there was only 1 shrimp in the shrimp rolls (usually you get 3)! I also didn’t like the Sesame Shrimp, General Tso Chicken or Lobster LoMein! The sauce is very gingery in the Sesame Shrimp & General Tso Chicken which makes it smell and taste terrible! The Sesame Shrimp looked big, but they were all dough on small shrimp! The Lobster LoMein was all noodles and tiny tiny shrimp (which taste awful) the other few pieces that are “supposed to be lobster” were not! I also thought it was very petty of them to charge me $1 for white meat in the General Tso Chicken when I just spent $165! They always short me a white rice “every time” I order from them! A couple of times they didn’t give me any fortune cookies! You have to pay with cash in order to use a coupon which is crazy to me! I don’t know any other place that does that! They’re losing so much business by doing that, cause most people just use their credit cards and don’t have a lot of cash handy! It doesn’t make any sense!
It was my first time ordering from rice king today on my lunch break, and I am beyond pleased with the Singapore Chow Mei Fun. Everything about it is absolutely delicious, 100/10 stars, would eat this everyday of the week if I could 🤩 service was fast and friendly as well, fantastic!!!
I have lived near Rice King for around 2 years now and if we want Chinese food we order from there. The food is always great and never disappoints while it is very affordable. My son’s and I’s favorite thing on the menu is sweet and sour chicken while my husband’s is the egg rolls there. The sweet and sour chicken from Rice King has a massive crunch that never disappoints. The chicken is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfectly coated in a vibrant, tangy sauce that balances sweetness and tanginess effortlessly. Accompanying this delight are their egg rolls, which are equally exceptional. Each bite of the egg rolls offers a crispy, golden exterior and a savory filling that is seasoned to perfection. The combination of these two dishes makes for a satisfying and delicious meal that keeps you coming back for more. In short, Rice King's sweet and sour chicken paired with their egg rolls is a winning duo, delivering both flavor and texture in every bite.
Rice King has the best Pad Thai I’ve tasted in a good while!! What makes Rice King's Pad Thai particularly outstanding is the balance of sweet, savory, and tangy notes. The tamarind sauce provides a pleasant tang, while the hint of sweetness from palm sugar and the umami depth from fish sauce create a symphony of flavors. The dish is generously garnished with crunchy peanuts, fresh bean sprouts, and vibrant lime wedges, adding both texture and a burst of flavor. Hands down the best Pad Thai I had!!
