Rice Bowl Express

First time here, and I can honestly say the food is freshly made, a healthy big portion, and the taste was incredible.

False advertisement! This is not what is shown in the image of the seafood rice. This is literally rice with 4,5 pieces of seafood. On the image at the drive through you can hardly even see the rice. The owner needs to change this menu or change the way you cook this plate. It is unacceptable and as I see all his replies say to call customer service. Thus, no change to the way they make business.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words... I ordered two different dishes both containing shrimp, literally there's no excuse or hiding it. They purposely placed 3 shrimp in each dish. I know inflation is happening but seriously, that's very stingy. They need to go and change the name of the dishes from combination lomein to beef lomein with 3 shrimp and same goes for every shrimp dish. If that wasn't bad enough the rice and everything I'm there tasted very old... They used to be good when they first opened up but have definitely gone downhill. I'm never going back there again.

This place is great for food , but HORROBLE service . I went yesterday 10/09/24 . I ordered a small plain lo main , I went up to the window to pay with apple pay , before I could even hand my phone to the lady she stated she did not "reach " when I was holding the phone up to her hand she said " if you want to pay with your phone come inside bc i will not grab your phone and be responsible for breaking it " mind you i have done this payment method time after time at this location , she then proceeded to SHUT THE WINDOW TO MY FACE . I went inside to pay as requested , she sat down on a chair on her phone IGNORING ME . Her husband then stated " she is the owner i can not do anything about it " i did not want a free meal or anything half off i was willing to pay even after the horrible service , but i was kicked out after asking for a reason to her unethical behavior . so sad about this because i really love their food but they have lost a costumer , everyone around this area knows better than to come here they rather go up the street for better service . que verguenza que son hispanos y no conosen la humildes . pero dios repago de alguna manera .

Ask for seafood fried rice with $2.50 extra shrimp. Received regular order without the extra shrimp I PAID for!!!! 4 extremely small pieces of imitation crab meat! No mussels, no octopus, no nothing! It was regular combination fried rice with 6 shrimp WHATS UP WITH THAT! The cooks can only prepare what you order IF the person is taking the order correctly
