RedBrick Pizza

Highly recommend this perfectly prepared and delicious pizza! Right amount of pepperoni and hamburger toppings, and cheese - plus the crust is super crispy! Also, the service was outstanding! Not only did Ashley make an exceptional pizza but she also provided excellent service and checked on us too! She made our experience and we will absolutely return to this Destin Commons location!

I worked in the Pizza Delivery business going back nearly 24 years, and I have never, never seen such dismal,disorganized, and duplicitous ethic in my life. This experience was an absolute joke. First and foremost, I called the number at least 3 times in the span of 25 minutes and no one ever answered the receiver. Second, I quickly tried to make sure they bring Crushed Peppers and they couldn’t even do that. The Couriers were fantastic. That’s the ONLY positive thing I can say about the experience. The Ingredients were maybe a step ahead of Papa Johns, meaning for $18+ Tax and delivery charge, this was an absolute ripoff. Take a look at the photo. That’s not a ‘12, that’s not even ‘11. 10 inches is not a Medium pie. Does this Startup even KNOW the fundamentals of Crust sizes and kneading? I guess not. I’m a tourist here in Destin, not a Resident. I hadn’t even been in FL for 33 years. I expected a positive experience and didn’t even get it. To say how disappointed I am is an understatement. I feel like I wasted $23. I don’t recommend Redbrick. Period. Even Pizza Inn and TX exclusives like Villa Roma are 20X better. If you’re in Destin, go to Jets or Merlin instead. Utterly pathetic.👎

We love Red Brick pizza ... we come here to Destin every year and always visit Red Brick at least twice during our stay. Ashley is always great to us. She is vibrant and communicates very well. I'd like to preface this review with a little background on myself. I worked in the food industry for over a decade, on all levels before transitioning to a different career field. I try my best to understand and give food workers the utmost benefit of the doubt because I've been in their shoes. With that being said, the food was great. The restaurant was clean and well kept. The woman working at the cashier on Aug. 10th, 2024, at around noon was extremely obnoxious. As soon as I walked into the restaurant, she yelled "hola" at me. Which is fine. I have no problem with that. I proceeded to order in English, in which she began replying back to me in random phrases in Spanish. Such as just saying "adios" and "como esta" randomly at me, knowing I just spoke to her in English. I would be fine if she was engaging in casual conversation with me in spanish and taking my order in Spanish, but to be arrogant and obnoxiously, just saying random phrases at me in Spanish is rude. Other customers in the store at the time also witnessed this, and you can see they were a bit uncomfortable as well. Just some additional information, I did remain calm and kind to her through this, but she does need to be retrained in customer service. The 1 star on service and atmosphere is solely because of her.

Yummy pizza, simple pizza dough ingredients without soy so it was very allergy friendly for us! Excellent selection of veggie toppings which was a nice bonus, variety of sauce options etc. small medium & large pizza sizes (I got small personal and was filled, my teenager got a large). The owner went above and beyond and opened up early for us which was so wonderful and kind of him! Our pizzas were made super fast and the customer service is absolutely above and beyond! Relaxing atmosphere and just a few steps from Starbucks and a very nice playground for younger kids, safe area and family friendly! Also next door to movie theater.
