It was our very first time coming to this chain and I was very excited to try their food. Overall experience was pretty good! We got seated right away and our waiter was greeting us shortly after. Donovan was a newer worker, but he did great! The food was fresh and warm, and the biscuits were probably one of those best ones I've had in a long time! The second I saw their dragon shrimp appetizer, I knew I had to try it. Its now going to be my go to! If you like sweet and spicy, this appetizer is for you! My crispy flounder was cooked perfectly and so were the brussels sprouts. My boyfriend's salmon/lobster plate was delicious too. It is on the pricey side, but the portions make it worth it. We will definitely return in the future.

On January 18, 2024, at 4:15 PM, I visited this establishment and was disappointed with the service. Despite sitting at the bar for at least 20 minutes, I was not acknowledged. A young man named Lamar, who wasn’t assigned to the bar, noticed me and deserves a raise for his attentiveness. However, a young blonde-haired woman seemed disorganized, and the other staff members appeared to ignore the situation. Lamar eventually took my order and handed it to her, but she simply held onto the receipt. Frustrated, I decided to leave. There was no manager present; instead, they were in a group huddle in the lobby. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience. Update: Unfortunately I don't have FB . I ordered food for pick up on 2/4 (cribside). Got the food home and shrimp scampi had been rewarmed, which made the shrimp rubbery. The Shrimp pasta was cold with noodles sticking together, appeared to be re-warmed aswell. They put my salad in a cup with loads of salad dressing on top. I keep seeing articles of the new CEO who speaks about improvements but if this is the improvements, it's very disappointing. I called and spoke with Chad, who said he was the manager. He apologized and said he would reimburse me. I have NOT gotten a refund yet and it's 2/15. I would NOT recommend this place until they do better.

From the moment we walked in, we felt incredibly welcomed! The staff even opened the door for us, setting the tone for an amazing dining experience. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. You can tell there are new managers who truly care about the guest experience especially Chad, the GM, who personally came to check on our meal and make sure everything was perfect. We celebrated my birthday here, and it couldn’t have been better. The atmosphere, service, and quality of food exceeded expectations. This location has definitely earned a spot in our weekly rotation! If you’re looking for great seafood and top-tier hospitality, I 1000% recommend this Red Lobster.

Have not been to red lobster in a few years! But I am glad we went tonight. Food was good. Our server whose name was Amaya i believe was wonderful. We rarely get good customer service these days and she was truly amazing! We will definitely be back next week!
