Red Lobster

I've been to this location several times, and the service is exceptional no matter who waits on you. They're all great at what they do. The food is always great, and prepared perfectly. The only thing I'm able to show you here is a yummy Lobster Flatbread, and I'm lucky I'd given myself a chance to capture that prior to devouring. Seriously, though.... the people at this location deserve nothing less than a five star rating.....and a great, sizable tip when you visit. 🎯🦞 🍤 😋♥️🫶

Megan H was fantastic. She made our dining experience super satisfying. She was pleasant, consistent, kind, there was no complaint. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was comfortable and clean. Definitely one of my fav red lobster experiences for sure. THANK YOU GIRL!

We came to the end of the day, thinking the food would be stale and corners cut, however I was gladly mistaken. The food was so fresh and flavorful it genuinely was amazing.

Really love our server Megan! She kept up the good vibes and was so nice to our kiddos. We've had her a few times and she always makes our night with laughter and good conversation. She was very prompt and helpful. Look forward to seeing her again and receiving awesome service again!

Waitress was really nice, but it wasn’t her fault that the food was terrible. She kept the biscuits coming and was very pleasant. When our food came, I questioned the small portion of fries that came with my meal. She said she even questioned her manager regarding it, and he said that’s amount the side fries are unless he pays for more. Really? So a $76 check for two doesn’t warrant more ‘fried slices of potatoes’ because I thought the potion size was too small? I’ve been to other places and they’ve had no issues serving more when a portion was inadequate. Furthermore, the steaks we had with our meals were just awful. I get that it’s not longhorn or an actually steakhouse, but whoever cooked the steaks added zero flavor to them, it just tasted like raw flavorless beef. The waitress did ask if I wanted to speak to the manager but after the comment he made about the fries, I honestly didn’t wanna bother and wanted to leave at that point. I’m annoyed at several things, it was a crappy night out because the weather was bad, I drove almost 45 minutes to go out for something to eat, just to get bland tasteless food and a manager that knows nothing of good service and hospitality. This is my second time there, and probably my last time.
