Was wonderful food was great the wait staff was awesome

Had a wonderful evening with my family for our annual red lobster feast! Our once-a-year seafood splurge was SO successful thanks to Sarah our server. She was such a nice lady and bonded with my son as she has a grandchild similar in age and it was comforting, having lost my own grandmother I took great comfort in Sarah tonight as she not only served us with no mistakes but served us wholeheartedly and made us feel like we were at the kitchen table at home. So much appreciation to not only Sarah but the cooks and dishwashers and all other staff that make this place possible. You can see the difference in the clean atmosphere and taste the difference in the oven versus microwave cooked baked potato. Very professional, homey but classy. Already looking forward to our next time.

I was greeted promptly by the host and taken to a table right away. McKenna, my server, greeted me promptly. She made app suggestions and I went with the seafood stuffed mushrooms and the turned out great! For my meal I had the lobster roll. It was as big as I thought it would be, however it didn't disappoint on flavor. During my visit the manager, Kayla, stopped by and inquired about my experience. She was very polite and I wish her luck on miller lane.

Service was good, personable, attentive but overly. The food was cooked to perfection. Ordered a daily special and thought it was a good deal.

I have traveled throughout the United States and have eaten at plenty of red lobsters and other restaurants and I will tell you by far this Gem was amazing staff was amazing show so much Integrity kindness the manager Brenda you can see that her employees and her make a perfect team. It was so clean and well organized, and the perfect lighting it was amazing, and the food came out beyond my expectations hats off to the kitchen. Keep up the great hospitality... and thank you..
