My wife and I took my mom out for her 81st birthday here a couple weeks ago. It's been a really long time since I've been to Red lobster, but that's one of her favorite places to eat. But I will say that Red lobster did not disappoint Still after all these years of being in business they can still deliver some phenomenal food. The atmosphere is always relaxed and inviting. The food and the service is spot on. I've eaten here so many times, and never any complaints at all. My mom ordered the side salad baked potato and the coconut shrimp. All were cooked and presented very well and tasted very good. My wife ordered the parmesan crusted chicken, with baked potato and broccoli. All were very tasty. I ordered the fresh baked cod sandwich, with a side of hush puppies, french fries, and coleslaw. COOKED TO PERFECTION! Three very satisfied customers who will be back again. We highly recommend all 3 dishes. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went here for my daughter's bday. The food was just average and tasted like microwave dinners. Ordered several lobster tails and crab legs and was not impressed. Although the waiter was polite, he never refilled my drink.

My family visited red lobster on Mother’s Day 2024. To our surprise, we were able to be seated within 15 minutes of arriving. We ordered mostly the Walts Favorite and the shrimp and grits, which was new on the menu. Everything was pretty much good, except the shrimp and grits was very different and skimpy than what we used to. I give it a 3 out of 4 rating. I ordered a half a pound of crab legs, and it was so small it could barely be seen on the plate. Other than that, we surprisingly had a pretty decent dining experience. I gave a 4 star mostly because of the server. Our server was outstanding, very attentive and very friendly.

We decided to come to 🦞 Lobster to celebrate my mom and I 3 month kidney donation surgery and birthday 🎂 on Nov 11, 2023. What a lucky 🍀 day for our tummies because the meal was delicious. Make sure you plan ahead and get there early because the parking lot 🅿️ does get crowded during their peak hours especially on the weekends. The wait was 35-40 minutes which wasn’t too bad. They have restrooms 🚻 right next to the doors and plenty of benches for customers to sit and wait for their table. The staff were very friendly and took care our seating as quickly as possible despite the short line. The waiter and cooks were awesome 👏 and had such an entrance when they brought out our food. 🥘 Everything was delicious and above all else we still had leftovers. The shrimp tacos brought me back to Arizona. The steak 🥩 was delicious 🤤 and my dad enjoyed the lobster 🦞 so much he ate the shell 🐚😂. The shrimp pasta was really good. And I couldn’t stop raving over the mouth watering cheesy stuffed mushrooms. Oh my goodness! 🤯🧀🍄 Overall it was a great night 🌃 filled with laughs and good food. A very special thank you to the staff of Red Lobster for helping make this night memorable for my family. 😋❤️‍🩹🦞

My fiance and I stopped in for dinner because we were craving sea food, we chose here over red crab. Rating this visit was hard because overall the waitress was wonderful and the food was great, the lack of management was the bad part. We received our food and started eating. I go to eat one of my coconut shrimp and there's a hair cooked into the breading. I move onto to other food until the waitress returns so I can tell her, I have worked in the food industry for 21 years, I understand things happen. I am in no way mad or anything I just let her know. She apologized and asked if I wanted them replaced, I said just bring me the 2 I had left. She said "I'm going to let the manager know and I'll get you those out right away" I watch her go talk to the manager and she did bring the replacements out right away. Then the manager walks towards us, no apology nothing he literally stood at the table next to us and talked for a good 10 minutes. Not once approached us, absolutely nothing. I'm management customers just want a sincere apology and instead it was like a slap in the face. I didn't want anything free all I wanted was an apology. Managers name was Jason and I feel as though this was so unprofessional on his behalf. We sat and watched him touch base with around 8 tables but not once us!
