Red Lobster

First time there and the experience couldn't have been better. Food and service were on point!

We went new years eve, yes we didn't have a reservation and knew we were going to wait. The host told us maybe a 20 minute wait. An hour later when asked about how much longer said maybe 15 more minutes. After 2 hours total waiting they said we aren't seating walk-ins and to go to a different place. Wish we would told that from the get go instead of waiting 2 hours. Fine if you aren't going to take walk-ins but don't have people wait and when asked how much longer give a time knowing that you won't sit them. And when asked to talk to the manager about it just say the manager is too busy and won't come out to talk.

Always good, their food is made very well, as a certified ServSafe instructor, the job is with me always, I have never seen a problem at all with the food, the service, the cleanliness, everything is always excellent, thank you so much, see you fir my wife and I anniversary dinner, starting a tradition with your store!

Had a great time celebrating birthdays. Came back on 4/7/2024 just to have dinner. We had a slight problem with understanding how the ultimate feast works. I just want to say I apologize to the wonderful waitress Sharea.. Just went way beyond for us, just some people still wasn't satisfied, nevertheless, we will be back. Thank you Sharea & mananger❤️

If there was a zero star I’d would pick that, we walked in to a 90 percent empty parking lot and restaurant. Told 10-15 min wait after 30 minutes and a line of people forming behind us I went up and asked what we are waiting for and I was told they only have two servers and the reservations have to be seated first. I said well the dinning room is empty your servers can’t handle more than a few tables. They said our servers are used to 5 and we have 17 tables being used. We are waiting for our back up server to come in she’ll be here soon. 15 min or so. At this point I called long horn across the street who had a full parking lot and dinning room and they said we have a table available right now so we went. Party of 6 usually 300 bucks at red lobster. Waited 40 mins in an empty restaurant.
