Red Chilli House 川湘园

Absolutely fantastic! Most authentic Chinese food we have had with quality matching Northern China Eatery in Atlanta GA and a favorite northern Chinese place that we used to eat at when we lived in Vietnam. The crispy chicken and potatoes were a delight and the wontons are 100% homemade with homemade rice noodle dough. Our dishes were spicy and wonderful. I only wish the prices were slightly less so we could eat there more often, but the quality is a 10 and the price is worth it. Gotta get another side gig so I can eat here more often. We cannot wait to go back! This is in the top 10 of any restaurant we have ever eaten at! We taught English abroad and cook most of our own meals. If you want to be wowed, this is the place!

Amazing tastes and wonderful service! The lamb was the best lamb I’ve ever had in the states among Chinese restaurants. The owner introduced several popular and authentic dishes that tasted extraordinary. This restaurant would be quite competitive even in large cities like Chicago!

Overall: Go and eat all the things! This was so amazing and the food was so delightful that we are going back tonight! Yeah, two nights in a row. Our friend, Lily, invited us to have dinner and we were just blown away. Food: We ordered from their signature menu which is traditional Chinese food. They also have an "American Chinese" menu option. But we wanted the real stuff. Last night we tried the fish, twice cooked pork and eggplant and tofu. I basically ate the entire serving of twice cooked pork and sampled lots of fish. Everything was wonderful. Service: Perfection! She was very interactive and answered lots of questions we had. I personally can't eat very spicy food because it makes me sick. So I can handle mild but beyond that, no. So speak up and ask questions. The fish is huge but bottom is spicy and top was not. Ambiance: Very casual and pretty quick considering that everything is prepared fresh. It was quite then families of people started coming in and it was pretty full. Side note: I left my medication and supplements there and they saved it for me. I'm so grateful. I'll add more pics later tonight!

This is the best Chinese restaurant in New Mexico. We live in Santa Fe and cannot find the good Chinese food until we found Red chilli house in Albuquerque. The place is quiet and clean, the service is very nice and warm, look like welcome to home. And their grill fish, chicken, dumplings...are all amazing. I'll bring all my friend to this restaurant .I think after you try them and will come back again and again. Thanks Red Chilli House!

Very welcoming place, the aroma of the food being cooked reminds you how tasty and delicious other cultures food can be. The species were mix perfectly, fresh and tasty veggies and meats. I don't like peas but there wasn't that many in the fried rice that I didn't care they were there. Great place to go eat enjoy a great meal or take it home.
