With so many to go Chinese restaurants it’s always great to have a sit down traditional meal. The $15.99 Bento box is a great deal. I’m very happy I stopped in. I’ll definitely come back again!

I love this place for certain things and not so much for others. The dumplings, for instance, need help. I think they are frozen then steamed at the restaurant. This isn’t necessarily bad, but it makes me feel like I could do this at home, because I have. Also one time there was still some frost in the meat. Their noodle dishes and meat in the “house” version of those dishes is terrific. The “house” version comes with chicken, beef and shrimp. All three meats are prepared excellently. They have not overcooked my shrimp yet, which I appreciate. The egg rolls are different than what you would get from most Asian restaurants, which personally I like. There are some staff who work there that are so incredibly pleasant it makes you want to eat there everyday. Then there are some staff that let you know they would rather be doing anything else than refilling your drink. The booths need updating as the leather is flaking off them. You can see the kitchen, which makes you feel good about food prep and cleanliness. This place is a local institution at this point and many people I know love it beyond words. I have one friend that loves the egg drop soup and that is all she orders. BTW the egg drop soup is very good. Is it worth going? Absolutely yes! It’s not perfect but there are several staff in the front and back of the house that really try hard to make it that way. Keep up the fight! I will keep patronizing your restaurant.

The cards were in our favor last Sunday when we stopped by for dinner. We apparently arrived after the dinner rush, so we basically had the restaurant to ourselves. Rainy was our waitress, and very astute to our needs and kept our beverages filled. This was our first visit to this location, and it mirrored that closest to our home. The restaurant was very well maintained, even the restrooms. We shared our favorite meal, Sesame Chicken, Lo mein and Fried Rice. Their food was delicious and the quiet ambiance of classical music whispering throughout, turned our parents night out into a true date night. We were definitely pleased with the experience and recommend.

I came in and nobody gave me attention. I sat down and the server forgot about me, got up and found her scrolling on her phone. I ordered the bento box with spring roll, pork fried rice, hot and sout soup. And Mongolian beef. Additionally I ordered 1 egg roll. I was extremely sick with an upset stomach before I could even finish. The soup had 0 spice. The spring and egg roll had must inside. The Mongolian beef was swimming in a heavy high heat frying oil, nor sesame oil. The fundamental ingredients to Mongolian beef are sesame seed oil, garlic, ginger and red pepper. 0 red pepper, nothing -- what you'll see from my photo and video is what I added. It was so salty I could spit it out. I used some duck sauce to try and cut it , but it didn't work. There was not even a hint of sesame oil, ginger, or garlic. Terrible is an understatement. The small serving of sushi was good. They didnt give me a choice on which kind, but it was served as a simple California roll. I tipped well and knew I would never return. I spent almost $18 and added to $23 to incl tip.
